Worst experience ever, if I could give negative stars, I would! Costed more than a hundred bucks to return two items and asked if they could refund to a different account since the process took too damn long and I had to close my annual fee charged credit card. Miserable to deal with - dead silence, now I’m short 300 bucks and no items and 6 months of time wasted!Update 14/05/25 - I sent another email to you guys on 9/5 and another one today with a confirmation letter that the amount has been bounced back. You ask what you could do to help? Then please action on it and let me know instead of radio silence.
Lacemade clothing is truly a dream come true. As an antique Victorian enthusiast with whimsical vibes I can find a dress for any occasion. From every detail of lace to fabric I am in love. Everytime I wear one of there dresses I get numerous compliments. If you want to feel like a princess I highly recommend purchasing from them. The sizing is smaller than TTS in my opinion just for reference. Hope you love there products as much as I do!
So far my experience has been great! Im between sizes and can buy Size XL from the regular sizes, and also size 0-1XL from the Curve & Plus lines. So far everything has fit me well. Only one dress turned out a little big but with some fixing I got it to work still. Really check out the measurement Size chart before you order your normal size you usually wear. I usually wear M and L and in lacemade I have to grab XL, 0XL and 1XL depending on the measurements on each clothing. So far I havent had any issues, and if there was a small thing I was able to reach out to Lacemade via WhatsApp and always received help!There have been some delays with their Preorders and people been waiting longer than usual. It luckly didnt hit me as bad and I got my stuff a little over a month, but they did send an apology letter with a bracelet which was very cute. They also offered a partial refund, which I didn't go through with as I don't feel the need to go through with it for just a few dollars haha.Have a nice day 💖
I ordered a dress with expidited shipping almost a month ago and it hasnt arrived. It doesnt take too long to ship out packages to where i live. When i tried emailing them, they were always giving out generic reponses and the most basic lines. It wasnt helpful at all, i even tried contacting their shipping company to get an update but they did not respond. I requested for a refund, all they did was send me a link, it required photos of the dress, but i cant provide that because the dress didnt arrive. I also tried to reach out to them through instagram but they seem to be blocking and deleting reviews. Overall not a good shopping experience.
I got into Lacemade a few years ago after coming across their account on instagram. Their clothes are very beautiful and the majority of them are made from great quality fabrics! As soon as I got my first job, I spent it on Lacemade and started joining their community. I feel very welcomed by others and they are very active on Whatsapp.Some might complain about the lack of customer service via email and website support chat, but they are the most active on WhatsApp. I tend to get replies back within 1-2 business days there.
I have ordered four times there in the last few months and I am more then happy with the experience. Everything got communicated very well and whenever there was a problem, an answer was quickly given. I've gotten a lot if compliments and even got asked by a boy yesterday where o got my corset from. So all in all I love it and will buy again.
