I recently ordered a dress that was in stock that I never received. Last year my purchases would get shipped to Las Vegas in a week, and they used a pretty reputable shipping carrier. Since moving to San Francisco, however, they switched to someone obviously cheaper and less trustworthy. I have contacted BOTH shipping companies that were supposedly involved and they are both pointing the finger at each other and saying they don’t have the package. My money is gone. No dress is on the way. No refund, either. I’m so incredibly disappointed. I’ve spent a good amount of money here. I’m never doing that again, and I’ve let my friends (who also use the site) know not to buy here going forward.
I ordered a dress, but unfortunately, it was too small. I submitted a return request, but I was not provided with a return label and was instead told I would need to return it at my own expense. Despite this inconvenience, I decided to place a new order in a different size for The Blossom Of Wealth Dress. However, the new order has yet to be dispatched.I am based in the United Kingdom, and it has now been longer than the stated delivery window of 4–5 business days. The items I ordered were listed as in stock, so I am confused as to why there has been a delay with no communication.Additionally, I’ve been unable to reach customer service—emails go unanswered, the chat system does not function, and there is no way to get in touch with anyone. I suspect it’s not even real. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I am concerned about the legitimacy of this company. If I do not receive an update soon, I will be contacting my bank to report and dispute the charge. #126427 After seeing my review they claimed to have arranged shipment yet the delivery service have still not received the parcel as they have not sent it off. They even told me to delete my review but I will not as this brand is not up to standard. They then contacted me saying that they have shipped it and sent me a new tracking number which isn’t even my address and is shipped all the way in the US. Please just refund me my order as you have proved unreliable.
I returned my order (Order No: #107093) to the address provided by the company. The shipment was delivered successfully, as confirmed by the carrier, but in their system it still shows as "in transit."Because of this error, my refund request has been pending for more than 2 months. Despite sending multiple emails, I have received no response and no refund.This situation has caused a lot of frustration and inconvenience. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the delay in resolving such a simple issue.
My order number is #1865I previously submitted a review about the fact that the the website does not seem to believe in my order, and despite emailing the company for the past 10 days I have received no responses beyond links to the same returns page that does not believe in my order. I have tried logging in to find the order and request a return from there, but here it similarly suggests i've never ordered anything. I don't understand why, if there is no way to fix these, I cannot in these circumstances request a return over email, and am extremely disappointed.
Order no: RMA #9X2V0ACKTerrible experience. Dress returned “tracked & signed-for” as sizing wrong. Really poor communication & still no sign of a replacement dress despite numerous emails / messages. This has been going on since July with no end in sight. Based on this experience I’ll never use this company again and strongly advise others do the same. There are better companies out there.
It is now FOUR MONTHS since I returned my purchase to China for a refund and Lacemade have fobbed me off ever since.Still waiting for this awful company to give me the refund which they legally should have made months ago.My advice is NEVER NUY ANYTHING FROM LACEMADE as their clothing is too small, poor quality and their customer service is abysmal.
ORDER #126100Ordered almost 3 weeks ago and not received anything! Made several attempts to contact without any luck whatsoever. They don't respond at all.Will be contacting bank first thing in the morning for the chargeback. Just don't have faith in this outfit.
Ordered a dress on 2nd July. On 11th July, I received walking sticks from them in post. They have ignored my emails, my messages and comments on their social media. And their owner @lacehong_ (IG) is unsurprisingly, also ignoring messages and comments. I will be disputing this charge with my bank and reporting this business as a scam / fraudulent activities across all platforms and I encourage all the victims of this crime to do the same.
