Review Time
It was my first time buying and overall the experience was well received. The clothing came in about 2 weeks and in pretty packaging. I had recently made an accidental purchase and customer service was quick to help cancel my order! I will most likely be purchasing from them again!
I ordered my dress on the 21st of September, according to yun express (the tracking company that they use which is Chinese) it arrived in my country 5 days later. So it has literally been in the country, not moving, for 3 weeks now. It says that my delivery needed rescheduling and this happened THREE TIMES!! Read their reviews on their social media, you can tell they are paying for good reviews. I suspect that they pay influencers for good reviews by using actual customers money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
I was really hesitant to buy upon reading reviews. Glad I did. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and got it today. It is well packaged. The dress is really really beautiful! As pictured and the quality is really really nice! I am very happy with my purchase! I use paypal in case there will be a problem! I ordered small and fits perfectly to me. I am buying again as my daughter who is teen loves the dress and want one too! I recommend this shop! Check your sizes before ordering so there will be no problem.
Don’t shop with this company. They sent me a damaged dress and when I requested to return it they offered me $10 and told me I should just take the dress to a tailor to get it fixed. When they finally accepted my return I sent them the dress back and they still haven’t refunded me. It’s been over a month. No response to emails. I’m fighting with my bank to get my money back but this company is horrible.
In the last 24 hours (October 9, 2024), many new positive reviews have appeared, all for a $15 coupon—this seems suspicious, as there were none the day before. They don’t ship orders on time and have incredibly poor customer service. It took weeks for them to respond to my emails and Instagram DMs, and by that point, the stress simply wasn’t worth it. I ordered 3 times (Aug, Sep and Oct) and each time, the same issues occurred. My in-stock orders were shipped after 1-2 weeks instead of the 2 days promised. The pre-order took 6 weeks to ship, even though their website stated 15 business days.If it’s going to take longer than what’s stated on their website, they should be honest about it. Otherwise, it feels like being lied to, and that’s not good business practice.Their Instagram shows many frustrated customers who didn’t receive their orders or refunds, didn’t get their orders shipped, while influencers get preferential treatment. They frequently ghost paying customers, which is extremely disappointing.Their dresses are beautiful, and I truly hope they fix their customer service. It’s quite stressful to order from them, and that shouldn’t be the case.If you value your peace of mind, ORDER WITH CAUTION.
I have an ongoing LaceMade addiction. The clothes are amazing and affordable. The sizing is great, don't let the negative reviews scare you. For every item you need to check the sizing chart and order based on that and you'll be fine.
The garments at lace made are very well made and they’re very beautiful. I like how they always create new items every month and they are surprisingly very good quality. I think they could improve with their customer service, but overall, I have bought many items here and they all came in good condition. I hope they create more size inclusive pieces as well.
