The customer service is the worst. You’re going to get the same answer, make a return or we can’t handle it for you. Returns from Lacemade are horrible. You have to pay for shipping and wait till they receive the item for you to receive your refund. I had an item that broke on the same day. I emailed them after the 14 day period, and they cannot handle the situation meaning they do not care about their customers. Also, emailing them will take about several days to receive a response.Overall, you’re paying good money for clothes made of polyester. You may purchase the wrong the size because nothing has the same sizing despite the same size chart. You’re better off buying clothes where you’ll be able to return.
I was a bit skeptical at first because of the negative reviews I read online and under their Instagram posts. I picked a few dresses and I received them all, I was a bit spooked at first because my tracking never updated. I did get everything a week later without any updates to the tracking, I was very relieved! I guess my Tracking didnt work for some reason. I dont blame them for that as Lacemade is still the company that makes the clothes, and isn’t the one delivering it to my door! The quality and fit is really amazing! I love the 100% Cotton Pieces the most and I would definitely love seeing more of those! 💕I did make sure to measure myself properly and order according to that. You still gotta check each size chart as all the clothes got their own. So some dresses im a 0XL and some an 1XL. I loved the dresses that I got that day and been a returning customer since then. So far all my orders arrived. I don't know if I was one of the lucky people where everything worked out smoothly? But with my experience with this company I can confidently give them 5 stars. ❤️I seen some people complain about Customer service, I so far didn’t experience it yet as I always been getting replies in a day time on WhatsApp. So I yet have to make that experience. There is something I would want them to improve, I would love if they bring out more dresses in Plus Size. I dont like that when they release new clothes they only make a few of them for plus Size. Why can Plus Size girlies not wear shorter dresses and/or knitted Dresses? Lacemade is they only brand I have to shop in the Plus Size Section, I am usually a L-XL. I know there is a bunch of girls experiencing the same. It just sucks when you are barely in it! If its cause you have slightly more curves or a bigger bust it sucks being considered plus size over there! I wouldn’t care being considered plus size to them, if it didnt mean we have half of the collection the „normal“ sized girls have. Atleast I can shop the existing ones and I will as I do love each piece I own! Its just a bummer when you see pretty releases and you cant get them 😭 I know they have improved on some stuff, so I hope they will on this too! - I know reading all these negative and positive reviews is hella confusing!! In the end you just gotta decide if you wanna take the risk or not. I did it and for me it all turned out great. ✨🥰Edit- They already listened to the feedback they got from last month! They already improved about releasing the plus size and smaller size collection at the same time! As it was split up before, so that makes me hopeful for future improvements ✨💕

I have been shopping on lacemade for about a year now, and most of the items I have gotten are very beautiful and I love them. I do agree that shipping can take a long time and sometimes it can be a bit hard to get into contact with customer service, but once they get a chance to respond they always do their best to rectify the situation and provide a solution. I just want to thank lacemade for their high quality products and request that they can continue to make more cotton based products as we love those the most 💕 I love my lacemade corsets, dresses and skirts that I have gotten. I bought a dress a while ago and i am so in love with lacemade. Their designs and gowns are so pretty and i cannot wait to have a huge collection of these dresses someday. Their support is really fast too! I was not disappointed with the quality either

Amazing corsets! I dressed as Rapunzel for a family Halloween event and got tons of compliments from adults and children of all ages! From starstruck youngsters, to teenagers and beyond. Even a grandmother inquired as to where I got it and wanted to look into lacemade corsets! As an added bonus, it did a great job with my posture and core strength!
