I have purchased multiple times from them. I only had issues one time when my adress was too long and they couldn t send the order. They messaged me, i canceled the order and received the money back and then replaced the order. I love the style of the brand the the clothes i bought were of good quality. I always check the materials before i buy and only choose items that have cotton in them. The sizing is small, so check the size chart. I personally love the brand
I’ve only ever had a good experience with LaceMade. The clothing and designs are honestly so beautiful and the quality of all the pieces I’ve bought so far are well made. When it comes to shipping, I live in the US and the packages ship from China. It can take anytime between two weeks to a month for packages to arrive. But they’ve never been lost or damaged along the way. Customer Service, like other reviews have suggested, can take a bit to respond back. But they’ve always responded for me within 3 business days (through email, their website chat, or social media DMs)When it comes to the pieces themselves, it’s important to pay attention to the size chart for each item you’re interested in buying. The size charts are pretty accurate for each piece, but you can also read the reviews on the website in case you need more info. (Also joining their WhatsApp group is great place to ask more questions on sizing and how it looks irl from other customers around the world)When it came to returns and exchanges, I’ve never had an issue. You do have to pay for the return shipping, but that’s pretty common in businesses like LaceMade. I’ve gotten my money back no problem, and exchanged completely fine. Overall, I’ve had a 5/5 experience, and will continue to buy from LaceMade!
Personally I've had a great experience with Lacemade. The quality of the dresses is great for the price point and I have a hard time finding such pretty + whimsical clothing elsewhere that aren't Shein kind of quality. I've been very happy with the fit of the dresses I've gotten so far and as long as you check the size chart(sizing is inconsistent but always accurate to the chart) it'll fit great.
The items are amazing quality and unique designs. I also had a quick experience with customer service when an item didn't fit me and I was easily able to return it free of charge for a gift card. I have bought from here many times and plan to again in the future!
At the beginning, Lacemade caught my eye with their beautiful corsets. Now almost a year later, I’ve grown to love their high quality dresses that are incredibly unique. I could never find these designs anywhere. Lacemade is truly one of a kind and I can genuinely say I am thankful to have this company in my life. I don’t know what I’d do without Lacemade. They’ve helped me identify my own fashion sense. All their items are mix and match and are well made for girls with modern, casual, and historical tastes. I pray this company never changes or goes bankrupt because I can’t imagine a life without their monthly drops or online clothing selections.
I cannot praise this company highly enough. The clothes are beautifully designed and made with such exquisite attention to detail. Every time you wear one of their creations you should prepare to be complimented by complete strangers wherever you go. Since discovering them I won't shop anywhere else. Customer service can be a little slow to respond due to the time difference but they are always friendly and helpful so it pays to be patient.
Absolutely love this brand and the femininity it expresses! I hope they do lingerie collections soon, that would be so beautiful. I can't wait for more winter collections from them. Dresses are gorgeous and are a great fit for skinny petite women like me (: great price too!
