From day one in March 24 till completion in September 24 for one front door it can only be described as a shambles.Company didn't turn up when arranged to leaving hours sometimes no notice .. poor communication between the office staff and the installation team.. wrong estimate of work later changed even though they took a picture of the leaded glass being broken so were aware of the damage.. Failed to turn up for a 5 minute job and gave no notice whatsoever sat for four hours waiting.All things that were easily sorted by picking up the phone but seemed quite simply not bothered.Offer £200 as a gesture of goodwill then said because of the damage to the leaded arch at the top of the door it would cost more money even though they examined the damage in March and took pictures.Seht one installation person to do a two person job therefore he couldn't go to his other planned job so I could see first hand how other customers get let down first hand ...LDG constrictive critism sort your Comms out and don't just leave customers wondering what is going on multiple times

I wanted to replace my ageing wood conservatory and it’s polycarbonate roof, so I could use it at anytime of the year, be it Summer or Winter, so went for the LDG Warmseal Roof with Tapco Grey Slate Tiles & White UPVC frame & I have no regrets, Phil & Rob from LDG were brilliant, as was the Plumber , Plasterers & Electrician Great Job LDG 👋👋👋👋May I add Kevin Langton from LDG was very helpful along the way & called today to see the finished job
In response to LDGYour workers did cause the damage internally and externally your photographs doesn't prove anything at all and don't you dare tell me that the damage that was done internally was from before like you live in my property don't go covering up for the sub contractor's that you hire your hired contractor's did come and they did disrespect my property at all times while they were there.So whoever replied to my message don't go defending the in defence able because you were not present in the house keep your views to yourself thank you very much. As far as looking out for your customers don't even go down that route quite a few people have made complaints about the kind of service you have provided I don't need to say anything more.
We've just had our windows fitted in our old cottage by Harry and Scott. We asked for them to be done sympathetically, with little plastic trim and they didn't disappoint! I've recently had my house fitted with windows and doors. This is my second time using Lancashire double glazing and like my last house I am so happy with the whole experience. It was refreshing to see the salesman Chris Gabbott who I previously dealt with 15 years ago. It was an enjoyable experience with him as there was no pushy sales tactics, he listened to my requests and gave good advice. From sales to completion it couldn't have gone any better.
The sales person who visited was very knowledgeable and gave good advise about the pricing of products made the decisions for what we wanted very clear. The fitters were amazing very clean and tidy explained a lot of what they were doing and how the windows work etc very happy with the service
Arranged (30/04), for survey to replace front door on 09/05, this was gratefully timed as “first call” or at least before 11:30 a.m…didn’t arrive…called LDG spoke to Chloe who seemed quite professional, she contacted surveyor and said “don’t ask me why but he has gone to his Wigan call” she said he “he will call on his way home and will check if it can be done without anyone at the property”, ( I had to go to work), she text me back saying someone does need to be there, I called Chloe, busy, and this person was quite patronising in tone bordering on sarcasm, or unhappy in her employment, said surveyor will call prior to attending later in the day…no call…I text questioning this ‘arrangement’ around 16:00, terse reply back saying he will call and has the correct number…no call…no visit…and no one has apologised to me in any of the conversations, now, I am a social housing tenant, and LDG have the contract, I am not paying LDG money to effect this task, so maybe I am not even on the bottom step on their ladder of priority, maybe I don’t know, however it is woeful service and if they are like this with me, how will they be with you?
