DO NOT BUY ANTYTHING FROM THIS…

DO NOT BUY ANTYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!This is a BS company. A month ago they were called Carla's Jewelry, with exactly the same ad and picture as Laura's. The picture of what I order was very deceiving. When I received it I couldn't even tell what the object was without a magnifying glass. I emailed and asked to return the merchandise. They said that they were very busy and it would be difficult to process a refund but the would give me a 20% or a store credit on other jewelry. I responded that I would like a full refund. No further communication, even after several more emailsThe other issue is that they claimed I ordered two necklaces. I did not. I sent an email as soon as I received the confirmation indicating that I ordered Two. No response for 5 days. They claimed that my email went to spam, and the order had already been process and it was too late.

This company is a scam..they advertise…

This company is a scam..they advertise handmade jewelry and a picture of an older woman who is retiring. Their pictures of the jewelry are beautiful, but when you receive them, they are crap..not handmade and then as soon as I ask to send them back, they want you to return to China for a refund, yet they are sent from a place in Texas that you cannot return to. I contacted my credit card company and am getting my money returned. Lara green will not refund your money! They offer you a 20% discount to keep the jewelry. Don't buy!

It's definitely a scam!

It's definitely a scam and I fortunately was able to catch on within the first few minutes of being on the site. I wish there was a way to have these people prosecuted because they are just taking advantage of the elderly and younger children/preteens.

The neclace I ordered

The neclace I ordered, Ocean's Oath, is a piece of junk! It doesn't even pass for costume jewelry! I am mad at myself for falling for this fake website, the beautiful jewelry and the kind looking retired lady. She would be ashamed of the jewelry being sold in her name (if she was only real and not AI). This is just shameful. I was going to give this to my daughter in law for her Christmas Day Birthday, but there is no way I would give that to her! I almost fell for the discount on the next piece. I didn't order any thing more and never will from these "retirement " sites

Picture Scam

Ring did not look anything like picture. Looked and felt like something you get from a bubblegum machine. Such a shame people have to scam others.

Poor quality, fraudulent practice

Poor quality, tried to get a refund and they make it as hard as possible. First offering 10% back, then 20% back or reduced rate on more cheap jewelry. Then when i said i just wanted to return it, gave me an address in CHINA to send it back to! Not to mention that I would have to pay the shipping and customs which would be more costly than what i originally paid for the items. The items were originally shipped from a location in California, so this is obviously just a cash grab as, the items are literally junk store material that you pay hugely inflated prices on. They force you to keep it and still get a profit, even if they give you 10 or 20% back; as no one in their right mind will ship their items to China.

This is a complete scam

This is a complete scam. Most of the jewelry on this website can be purchased from Temu at a very low price.
