don’t buy!!!

just took the risk of buying for more expense as my eyelashes had thinned out majorly and needed fixing and i was desperate. started using and lost most of them in the first few days. don’t waste your money.

Faulty product

I received the growth serum mascara as a secret Santa gift (which once I unboxed it, was faulty) and they refused to refund a defected product because I didn’t have the order number, as it was a gift.They stated that they need to “verify” this was one of their products when I sent them video and photo evidence. I had been a returning customer but would honestly advise others not waste their money.

I placed an order on the 9/11/25 for $145 worth of goods and it’s been a month and still didn’t receive it. Didn’t receive any respond. on when my delivery will arrive or where is it setting at the moment. Is this Australian product or they waiting for shipping container from China? Totally disappointed.

Total Scam and Robbery

It is now going on two months since I placed an order and have still never received my product. I paid $75 plus shipping and they took my money. I have sent countless emails and it takes weeks to get a vague response and no resolution. This company is a scam and a sorry excuse for beauty. They should be ashamed.

Horrible product & horrible customer service

I had an allergic reaction to the product to which customer service didn’t care. They treat their customers horribly purchase elsewhere!!! If you do have an allergic reaction like me, there has been no sympathy or support from their customer service and no alternative options given. You’re better off going elsewhere

Wanted to return an unopened package

Wanted to return an unopened package, which they state is allowed on their website. Sent an email right away. They don't respond for nearly 6 weeks, and then tell me that it has to be within 30 days. LOL. Terrible, misleading and downright SCAM WORTHY.

Oddly an order was placed automatically through shopify but they graciously canceled it for me!

I was just browsing your page for the first time and wanted to check shopping costs after seeing a fb reel.I didn't insert my card details, address or name anywhere, I can only presume it autofilled with shopify.I don't know how the purchase went through but I can't cancel it from the website.I even received emails with free shipping and a 10% discount code so ofc I wasn't planning on making a purchase without using any!Somehow the money was taken by my actual bank account and not revolut, which I use for everything online since it's safer.That's on shopify I presume, but the company replied to me and canceled the order! (BTW, it's a Sunday)

Terrible customer service and company…

Terrible customer service and company does not honour money back guarantee should it not work for you.I’ve sent multiple emails trying to get the money back guarantee processed and they have just stopped responding to all emails. I’ve even had to send the progress images requested multiple times. Will be reporting to the ACCC. Do not buy from here!
