I had an amazing experience at la Souis with my electric fat bike. The team was incredibly attentive and the service was absolutely spectacular. Everything was handled with great care and professionalism. I highly recommend Amblerbike and will definitely be coming back.
No respect or professional act for the customers from the workers there he literally commanded me to go out and said I don’t wanna see you hier again just because I asked my guarantee rights and refused to fix the bike. I said I’m not bringing the bike with me then he said we will charge you 5 euros per day for letting stay your fatbike hier. the motor is guaranteed for 1 year and it gets defected within months it should be repaired kosteloos but he asked me to pay 187,45 euro's I even said I would pay 50 euros but again he refused.
I recently bought a bike and I’m very happy with it. The quality is excellent, the ride is smooth, and everything works perfectly. The bike looks great and meets all my expectations. The service was great, and the seller was very friendly and helpful. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.
After requesting from December 30th to get an appointment with no prevail. I went thru their WhatsApp contact to finally get an one for Sunday January 18 only to reach there and find that the store is closed. As someone that works at 5am in the morning and need my scooter its pretty upsetting to have to wait so long on a unreliable company. Furthermore don't you guys check the opening times of your company before making an appointment? So what must I do now? Make a next appointment and wait 3 weeks for you guys to answer again??
