The dress was beautiful but broke on the first wear, also this company signs you up for a ‘VIP’ subscription upon your first order which you don’t know about so I have been paying for a subscription that I am unaware of and they won’t refund me because it is in the terms and conditions
I didn’t realize when I bought a dress that it would automatically subscribe me for a membership with a monthly charge. I have since emailed them three times to cancel and each time they said they would and offer a refund. I am still being charged. Do NOT trust this company!
Be careful when you buy ANYTHING from this website or via their social media Ads as they discreetly subscribe you into their “VIP” club and will charge you monthly for something you don’t even use or even know about - I received nothing to indicate that I was even subscribed in such clubs with “exclusive offers”. Surely if I’m in a VIP club I might get an email to show me what I’m entitled to. The amounts taken from your account are all different and charged at different times - probably designed to go unnoticed. And then when you try and dispute it with your bank, guess what - they’ll tell you that you “agreed” to this as you made the initial purchase. READ EVERYTHING. The dress I bought was super average and is sitting in a “give away” pile. Really disappointing and a really crappy way to do business.
I’m purchased one dress recently and they automatically signed me up for a monthly auto renewals subscription of $50 without stating it in the check out area for you to see/understand. Absolute scam! They have no way to contact them through their website the comments form has no submit button and the cancel subscription form has no submit button. And when you email to request cancellation of this said “subscription” (no idea what you’re actually paying for at $50/month???) they email back to tell you you need to email to request cancellation - they just beat around the bush. I’ve now sent three emails requesting to cancel and telling them they are not permitted to withdrawal funds from my bank account. Absolute scammers!!!!
