Same response as everyone else so far

Same response as everyone else so far. It is a scam! It told me that I could buy a dress from their end of year “black out” sale and I bought one for my birthday. I did receive the dress after months of waiting but didn’t realise they were charging me for the membership VIP that I didn’t know actually existed. Please email lavish first and they most likely won’t answer but it’s at least evidence to your bank that you’ve attempted to cancel it.

Poor customer service. Will take your money

I bought a dress in this website cause Ive been seeing their ads in facebook. The dress looks beautiful in the ads, but dont be blinded cause the quality is not worth the hassle. They took £24.12 on my account and questioned it since I dont remember signing up for monthly subscription. They replied saying that I did, by confirming to the website before I bought the dress. I replied again saying that I didnt, because I bought the dress via apple pay. Apple pay will direct you to payment and Im sure of it because I tried purchasing as non member just to make sure Im not delusional. Anyway, they said theyre going to review my case because they cant find my account/email address on their system (which makes sense they cant because im not a member). Days past I forgot all about it. Without closure with the issue I raised, they again deducted my bank account with the same account. I emailed them again for the same reason and dispute the money taken from me from my bank. They wont return your money back if you experience the same with this website. And also, based on other reviews, it shows they dont give a 💩. They cant even reply on negative reviews.Dont buy on this website

Everything went wrong

Everything went wrong! I have been waiting since April of 2025 for my order and it's almost August of 2025. Everytime I email them they say they are sorry for the delay and that there is still no movement on my order. I requested to cancel the order for a full refund for the second time and I don't know why this is so impossible for them to do. I tried being patient and work with them but it seems to be a scam to take your money. Today I've had enough of them and had to write a review about it and warn others NOT TO BUY FROM THEM! IT'S A SCAM. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER!

This is a scam

This is a scam! If you buy something they’ll automatically sign you up to their ‘subscription’ and charge your credit card every month. Threaten them with chargebacks and you’ll get your money back. Make sure you constantly persist until they do. If it gets too difficult, give evidence to your bank to start the chargeback process. It costs Lavish Ivy more than it’s worth. If a chargeback is processed by your bank, it will cost them in both chargeback fees (usually $25 for EVERY time they’ve charged your account) and it flags them with their payment processor if their chargebacks are over a certain percentage (usually this is very low, around 3% of all transactions) so it’s worth charging back to have them shut down. They’re the most dodgy company I’ve come across in years.

Avoid Lavish Ivy, Unreliable and a possible scam.

Avoid Lavish Ivy – Unreliable & Dishonest!I placed an order with Lavish Ivy on January 5th 2025, and after three months, I have received absolutely NOTHING. No order, no updates, and no accountability, only when I mail they send a generic email. Since they didn't deliver after a month... They initially promised a 20% compensation, claiming it was transferred to me, but when I asked for proof, they provided NOTHING.To make matters worse, they have now started charging my card for a random subscription I never signed up for. This is beyond unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Their customer service is non-existent, and they seem more focused on scamming customers than fulfilling orders. I will be escalating this further if my refund is not processed immediately.

They are SCAMMERS

They are SCAMMERS. When you purchase your item, hidden in the terms and conditions, you sign up for a monthly subscription of $30USD, for which you get absolutely nothing. It is even written in their terms and conditions that they will never send you a confirmation for this subscription. The company will just use the card you paid with. It is up to you to catch it and cancel it. They will refuse to give you a refund or even store credit. It is a total trick, they know exactly what they are doing. Anyone who has recently bought an item, I encourage you to check your bank account. The first charge occurs 14 days after your first purchase.

A SCAM

Your first order will come and you will get the dresses. But then they will automatically sign you up for automatic charges every other month to regularly bleed you dry. It's a scam. DONT BUY FROM THEM.
