I ordered a dress last month from them , I think it will never come! They tried to take money from account 2 times since I ordered! They just tell me that they are very busy and that is why my order is late! I don’t recommend this site!
For those who just ordered from this website this year, be aware that they will charge you for a subscription fee that you did not sign up for!!! and they DO NOT give you the option like other stores to see your payment or subscription(if any) to cancel they keep your payment information to themselves and CHARGE YOU RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY!! This company is based from China, take that information as you will.
Scammer Alert! The company will auto signed you up for their VIP subscription which will auto charged after 14 days of placing the order. Additionally, order delivery takes more than 3 weeks. No real time tracking option will be provided. The dress doesn't look same as the website, poor finishing of threads and not good material. I disputed the charge of $47 AUD and had to block the card.Please do not buy from them and also don't trust the positive reviews, they are potentially paid reviews or done by the company employees.100% Fake company with cheap Chinese material dresses.
SCAM WEBSITE!!! DONT ORDER. THEY WILL TAKE MORE MONEY FROM BANK ACCOUNT THAN WHAT YOU ORDERED.Ordered a dress from them and it took over a month to come. When it came it looked nothing like what I ordered. Threads hanging out etc. Terrible quality so obviously cheap tat made in China. Then a few weeks later they attempted to take more money from my bank account for no reason?? My bank blocked the card for a fraudulent transaction and had to cancel the account and get a new card. Absolute SCAM.
Please do not order from this company. I ordered two dresses from them on January 5, and still have not received my products. It's currently March 12. I've called and all they say is that their distributor is backed up. They told me they can give me refund, but it's not guaranteed.
It took over a month for me to get my dress but it's not bad but it does not look like the photos, but it is a counterfeit. I had no problem until they charge a hidden fee on my card $44 CAD (a month later )costing more than the dress I bought. I call them to find out what's up and if I can get a refund and they told me I can't because when I ordered I used the membership. So basically when you order from them you're automatically signed up to a membership. She told me she will cancel my membership but I did not trust her so I went on their website to cancel it and I put in my info wrote out a message why I'm canceling but there was no submit button for me to submit. So basically it's just a trap that you can't leave. So now I have to change my card
Absolutely, horrible. The worest experience ever. At this point they are a SCAM. I placed an order of over $100, but it NEVER arrived. They continued to charge me $44 each month for no reason whatsoever (I also did not agree to this). Their customer response team is also non responsive, and will not process any refunds, despite the fact that they've taken over $200 from me and I have received NOTHING.
