Placed an order in December 2024 and it is now almost May 2025 and I still haven’t received my order. Emailed multiple times but never got a definite answer on my tracking update (they kept giving excuses) asked for a refund multiple times as well. Now I’m waiting for the full refund after finally demanding to cancel the order and I will be emailing again until I receive it.

F-ING SCAM!!!!! Do not buy. They charge your credit card post purchase every 20th of the month for $29.99!!!!!! My goddamn dress hasn’t even come, if it ever does it’ll probably be Barbie sized or some stupid shit like that.

Your card details will be used every month going forward which is hard to cancel. Had to involve my bank and advise of fraudulent transactions. DO NOT USE.

DO NOT USE this site for any thing.I ordered one dress and a pair of heel.After multiple inquiries I received the dress after 3.5 months. Still waiting for heels that was portion January 2025. Inquired multiple times, requested refund, promised to send refund weeks ago, no refund no response yet.

They are taking money from bank account after one order, AVOID. Lavish Ivy please refund money that you have taken without permission. Dress quality was also terrible.

Ordered last December, still haven’t recieve package. I email them every week and they give the same BS response every time, that they are sorry that they can’t give any updates regarding package. That they are working with their “fulfillment team” I hope this company gets what they deserve
