The site is a scam, first, I got charge for membership I have never signed up for, the clothes I order in December never arrived, it is end of April now and there is no clothes to be seen! They tell me to wait via email. How come they make business with this scam??!
I ordered something in April 29th 2025 it’s currently June 22 2025 with no updates on the app used that’s supposed to be “tracking” my package. I did cancel the subscription. I will however try to get my money back since I have received nothing. Update: after charging my account again. I emailed and called customer support (no answer for each time I phoned which was 3 times) customer support. They asked for the charge which I did send, as it was pending on June 26th 2025. Still no update. I did NOT activate my membership again. I don’t know if they will refund my money. But I did shut off the card before the payment went through. I also got a new card because this is absolutely ludicrous.
I ordered a dress in January and it is now April and it still says processing. I reached out to them in February and they said they would give me a partial refund (20%) and that they would make sure it was shipped out soon. Like I said - it is now April and it is just sitting processing. I reached out again and now they're saying they don't know if they can refund/cancel my order because the order has already been placed. Very frustrated.
This site is a total scam, I got charge for membership I have never signed up for, the clothes were total rubbish that has poor quality, 5 months after ordering the place they have deducted my money from my account in a name of VIP Membership fee. This is beyond ridiculous . Don’t trust this site or you will regret it big time.
I ordered a dress from here over 4 months ago and still have not received my order. I was hoping to wear this dress for my wedding. From day 1 I noticed something was wrong as my tracking status didn’t show and when I clicked on it was just a blank PDF. I unknowingly had signed up to their “membership” which is NZD$49.97 when I made my purchase (hidden in their terms and conditions) and once discovered it they confirmed they would not refund me. I have emailed them countless times and they have responded everytime (15 times so far). Sadly I don’t think I will ever see my dress.

DO NOT WHATEVER YOU DO ORDER FROM HERE!!!!Ordered a dress back in April (which never arrived or has even been dispatched!!!) and have been charged £22 - £23 (random amounts to the penny) every 2 weeks since then!! When I emailed a lady called Christine who I presume is the founder of this fraudulent company told me that when I placed the order I agreed to their ‘terms and conditions’ within their terms and conditions if you or anyone EVER reads the small print you are signing up to their VIP membership. You can’t even order an item of clothing without agreeing to the terms and conditions.After previous reviews I can see this is something they do to everyone that places an order. I just wish I read them sooner rather than trusting that they are a legit company. I am now £120 down and don’t even have the dress to show for it and haven’t even placed another order since so how have I even benefited from this VIP membership.I will be reporting to trading standards and to cyber crime. SCAM. Bought a dress in March and was charged for it at that time. A month later I receive another charge without purchasing anything. I call them and they told me I signed up for a VIP experience which I did not receive any email about. They charge your card every 30 days $30. For what?? Never received the dress either. Criminal.
