Untrustworthy! They take your money and you never receive your items. They also enroll you in a subscription without your consent. I requested a refund but received nothing; I even contacted legal support about this and am trying to get the site shut down!
I had a terrible experience with this company. They took money from my account for a subscription I never authorized. I emailed multiple times to stop the charges, but they continued. This situation has been very stressful, and I believe this company should not operate as it does. Others should be cautious.
An update on my situation. I ordered a dress in June, but they signed me up for a subscription without consent and kept charging me. No dress arrived, and I’ve been told my card details were deleted, but I have seen no refund or action taken. Customer service keeps telling me to wait, but I suspect they will never process my refund. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed.
I ordered a dress in September, and now it’s November with no tracking number provided. This is a complete scam; they just take your money without sending anything. I've started a dispute with my bank, and given the evidence of their fraudulent activities online, I wouldn't be surprised if legal action is taken against them soon.
If I would give this place a negative review, I would. I have been calling since APRIL 2025 to get this company to stop charging me. I have spoken to people on the phone and been assured the issue was taken care of only to have them charge me the membership fee again. I have received emails from support stating the issue was taken care of and here we are again in NOVEMBER and I am being charged AGAIN with the monthly fee. This company needs to be investigated and charged criminally. It is a SCAM.
Lavishly Ivy is a scam, bought a dress for my friend’s graduation last month and never arrived, they tried charged me with 29.00 dollars subscription that I never requested, which my bank denied and canceled my card, not I have to get a new one and go trough all that problem because of these scammers mf.
Would give 0 stars if possible.Ordered 19th July - still disputing a 'cancelled' order and refund.The week following my order another charge was made on the card so clearly hacked card details too.100% a scam website - should have known given how cheap everything is!!
