Please Do not Order anything from them. Its a SCAM‼️ they charged me for VIP membership, 3 months. I had no idea also they do not notify you regarding the membership and just sign you up for it . And well they rarely reply and no refunds. Pls save your money❗️❗️❗️
This website is a scam. They charged my bank account twice (€29 each) without my consent after a purchase before I realized it and refuse to refund my money. There was no clear mention of any subscription during the checkout process, and the so-called 'VIP membership' was hidden in small print in the Terms of Service. If I hadn't noticed, they would have kept on taking my money. Be cautious, as their practices are deceptive and violate consumer protection laws. I strongly advise against purchasing from them.
SCAM. Avoid them. I never received the dress, I reached out to them and they sent me a proof of delivery clearly to a different apt# and building than mine. They can't help me further because "this is my responsiblity because the dress has been delivered". They also charged me twice by the way for some reason. I had to reach out to my bank to report fraud.
Signed me up for a monthly ‘subscription’ which I did not consent to and is a different amount every month. I was made aware by my bank after they had taken money out of my account for months and when they blocked the merchant Lavish ivy used another account to take more money out.
I would give zero stars if I could. This company has been charging me monthly for a VIP membership I never signed up for. Despite reaching out multiple times, receiving two cancellation confirmation emails, and even speaking with customer service (who promised a refund), I was STILL charged again.It’s shady, misleading, and feels like an intentional scam. Charging me vip membership that are hidden when you buy 1 time from them!Never noticed the charges til today! I dispute it to my bank company!Beware!! They hide their vip authorization to the check box. You will receive the item after a month and the quality is not good either. I bought a nice white dress like 6 months back for my rehearsal dinner for my wedding. It was okay but not great but the worst part is that I just realized that this company has been charging me $29.99 every month for the last 6 months!! This place is a total scam. I did not sign up for any sort of subscription. So many people have reported this happening to them too. Do not buy from these people. The dresses are not even worth it
The 1 Star reviews you are seeing are NOT fake, all the 5 Star reviews are. Notice how they all say the same thing? “They’ve been costumers of Lavish Ivy for 2 Years!” That’s the company putting in their own reviews as a way to make you buy their clothing, Lavish Ivy is a complete scam and waste of time to deal with, I bought 5 dresses from them in September and didn’t get them until late December, they charged me $30 in November even though I still had not received my clothing by then, I called them to ask why they charged me a membership fee when I didn’t even sign up for one!! The lady on the phone told me I signed up for one since their whole sale on the website is based on “VIP” Prices, don’t let that fool you, they just put it in their terms and conditions that they’ll charge you monthly without you knowing. Steer clear of this website, I fell for their scam because of how cheap they sell the dresses for.
