AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I purchased a NYE dress for 24.98 12/2/24 and the material was super cheap… but that wasn’t the worst part. It’s now February and I’ve noticed they’ve been charging me $29.99 a month for the past 3 months including two weeks after my initial purchase. When I called “customer support” and told them to cancel their scam that I never authorized and refund me the now $90, she proceeded to try and bargain with me a $10 refund, then a $15 refund. Like what??? Are you insane??? You have h audacity to haggle my refund over YOUR SCAM???? Call your bank, report them, and change your card IMMEDIATELY. Absolutely disgusting company and should not even be considered one
I have tried to contact them about my order since February! It is now August 13th and I still have not received my order or any word from anyone that I have tried to contact regarding this issue. I purchased 4 dresses and package protection and I have not received anything. Not only that but I have been charged multiple times by Lavish Ivy for orders that I have not purchased, there has been 10 extra charges of 30 dollars to my card. This is a scam. Wasted money. Do not buy anything from this company!!
Do not order through this company!They advertise clothes with really good discounts but what they don't tell you is that when purchasing from them you are "agreeing " to their VIP membership subscription. They will then charge you $49 a month and refuse to refund this once you relize you have been scammed
DO NOT BUY from them!! It’s a scam! My daughter bought a dress in December and still hasn’t received it! They then took 2 more monthly payments out supposedly as she signed up for VIP membership.. which she did not!! Emails back and forth and still no answer where the dress is or any offer for refund!!
The platform is set up in a way that you cannot make a purchase without subscribing to the VIP membership, which is a 30-day subscription. They intentionally mislead customers by not clearly informing them about the membership, and no one actually wants it—they just push it onto you. After canceling, they still charged me for the following month. In fact, they charged me three times, totaling $90. Now they are refusing to refund my money and are making excuses, which is nothing but a scam.These people are thieves. They take your money without any justification and don’t return it. I’ve been trying to resolve this for days, but there’s no response from them at all. Avoid this platform at all costs and report them.I also encourage everyone to share this issue as much as possible, especially on Instagram where they heavily advertise. Please report their profile wherever you can to make sure they are held accountable for their actions.
LAVISH IVY IS A SCAM! I ordered an outfit from them back in November from what I thought was a black friday sale and they NEVER shipped my dress. They told me that the day it was delivered the address didn't exist which was completely false. I reached out to them multiple times to refund me as the date I needed the dress had passed. They gave me the runaround on the dress and promised to ship the outfit. They never shipped it! JUST PLAIN AWFUL. Now, in February I get an anonymous charge to my card from LAVISH IVY. Mind you I haven't purchased anything off of that site since November. They are definitely a scam and deserve to be taken down for their fraudulent ways.
I ordered a dress first week in January… this is the middle of February and it’s not been delivered! I have written them over 10 emails and they keep giving shitty responses and not resolving the issue…Below is the response they have been sending, just rephrasing it differently every time.
