SCAM - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! You might think you’re getting a good deal but the next month you’ll see you’re not as your card will be charged again. They will charge your card month on month. They auto enroll you into a subscription membership when making any purchase so you’ll get charged again and again for the same item. Its incredibly hard to cancel it- Do not deal with them or risk it - they are unethical and awful. The page makes it seem like you’re purchasing one item but actually you’re buying into some sort of VIP membership scheme where you get nothing but the first cheap poor quality item that you load for. The dress I received was nothing like the photo either, it was way worse than standard Shein and AliExpress quality, it was so so bad. Then made worse after seeing recurrent charges on my card statement month after month. Don’t risk it, go to AliExpress or Shein for a better quality version of your dress for a cheaper or similar price point, you’ll also be engaging in fairer consumer rules and no scams.
Scam!!!!!!Avoid at all cost. When using your mobile it is not clear that by buying you are subscribing to a membership program that’s charged £25 a month. They do this on purpose to catch you out. I am still fighting with customer service to get my money back. Obviously using a script. The clothes is not even of good value or worth it to be paying a monthly subscription. Avoid at all cost people!!!!
This company is unethical, misleading, and borderline scam artists. I have been charged $45 per month, the last 4 months, after only purchasing one dress. When I inquired about this they told me that by clicking 'I Agree' on the Terms and Conditions, that I had agreed to sign up for a VIP Membership. Let's be honest, we all click that box without reading. They refuse to refund me my money because technically I agreed to this. Watch out for this company!!
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Long story short I placed an order on 1/2/2025 and I still have yet to receive my purchased items. I reached out via email and they told me 7-10 business basically and a very robotic non informational response. Seemed more like a script and trying to call is a nightmare I think th customer service number is an actual personal cellphone. So to wrap it up don’t buy anything from here unless you want your money stolen.
I ordered a dress in November and it looks nothing like the pictures. I just realized months later that they automatically signed me up for a subscription service and charged me $30 a month since I ordered the dress. I'm trying to cancel the subscription which is nearly impossible. Avoid at all costs
If I could give this zero stars I would! I ordered a dress back in February of this year 2025 and it’s June still havnt received it! Customer service is awful and they keep charging my account almost every month when I didn’t agree to anything. This is a SCAM site don’t buy here. I wish I had read the reviews before the purchase. NEVER AGAIN!
