Went to order a dress and it said my payment wasn't going through and wouldn't confirm my order. It still charged my card and had to dispute the charges. Do not order from this website!

AVOID!!!!!

It’s been 7 months and I still have not received my order!! Thank god I looked in too the company after about 3 weeks, I managed to cancel my order”VIP” membership, that I did not agree too, saving me an extra £30 a month on top of the £60 I paid for a dress that still has not arrived. Customer service is shocking, and I can’t track my parcel at all. They advertise gorgeous dresses, but you’ll not see one arrive ant your door. Avoid at all costs!!!

I ordered for items worth 80 pounds on 27/12/2024 ..I intended to wear the dresses for my sister wedding and Valentine’s DayI have been in constant communication with the customer service team but till today,24/02/2025,I have not received my items.all I get is apologies and excuses about too many orders that were placed and pending shipping,how’s that my problem???.I did not get to wear any of the dresses I ordered from them for the two occasions.i have had sleepless nights ,worrying if I have been scammed and I still am in denial,hoping that I will eventually get the items from them.I will hold your hand when I say this,DO NOT ORDER FROM LAVISH IVY,they are SCAMMERS.And to the customer care team, send my items or I am going to take legal action.

If there was a option for 0 stars I would’ve done exactly that because this service is shocking I ordered 3dresses on the 27/12/2024 and today the 24/02/2025 I still haven’t received my order and they have started charging me for a VIP membership I never agreed to. They haven’t replied to my emails since 28/01/2025 so I have no dresses and a membership I can’t get them to cancel! Worst service you’ll ever receive

Dress ordered Jan 7 never came!

I ordered a dress Jan 7, 2025 for an event Feb 21. It never came. I reached out multiple times for an update and Lavish Ivy could do nothing for me because the dress was from a third party or something. They offered a 20% discount, I took it. It still did not come. I finally asked to cancel the order and did get a full refund. I hate ordering from these types of stores because there is no accountability on their part to deliver the order. Had I not reached out, I have no idea when I would have heard from them. Probably never.

Read the small print on T&C’s

Read the small print on T&C’s. After purchasing a Christmas present I signed up to the VIP membership without realising and was billed £24 a month for the privilege. Yes it’s there in the small print but I easily missed it . They cancelled when I queried .

I have also been scammed by this company- signed up to a ‘subscription service’ that I wasn’t aware of after buying a £24 dress. I’ve had to ring my bank and cancel my card. I wouldn’t bother ringing Lavish Ivy company to refund your ‘subscription’, there is no point as they will attempt to further scam you. Just ring your bank and cancel the card.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I purchased a NYE dress for 24.98 12/2/24 and the material was super cheap… but that wasn’t the worst part. It’s now February and I’ve noticed they’ve been charging me $29.99 a month for the past 3 months including two weeks after my initial purchase. When I called “customer support” and told them to cancel their scam that I never authorized and refund me the now $90, she proceeded to try and bargain with me a $10 refund, then a $15 refund. Like what??? Are you insane??? You have h audacity to haggle my refund over YOUR SCAM???? Call your bank, report them, and change your card IMMEDIATELY. Absolutely disgusting company and should not even be considered one
