Review Time
Ordered with greater than 14 days for shipping for a formal event tomorrow. No updates on the tracking, when I put the information they gave me for my order, back into their own website, it said that the order number and tracking number don't exist. Will be disputing with my bank. Also the support email they give to people does not go back to LavishIvy and goes to a LavishPolly? Not sure what that was about, but very disappointing, especially because I'm now rushing to find something last minute. 03/25/25 Update: The dress arrived approximately a month (02/22/25) after it was ordered.... and it looked like utter dogsh*t. Nothing like the pictures... nor the reviews either.... 03/02/25: My card was charged for $29.99 from LavishIvy, which my bank flagged as fraudulent. Called their extremely shady customer service line and apparently I "signed up for a membership"... no where did it state there was a membership, it stated there was a sale. "The sale is with the membership", I still was not notified it was a membership special at ANY point. I have 0 confirmation email for it, I didn't even make an account how am I supposed to even access the membership??? They cancelled my membership and sent me a confirmation email that it was cancelled. Great. 03/25/25: I get another call today from my bank for a suspicious charge for $29.99 from LavishIvy....... I call them back. I have confirmation of a cancellation but you just charged my card AGAIN. She said the original representative didn't actually delete me out of the system and would send it to her superiors to make sure it's cancelled...... Very doubtful. So irritating. 03/26/2025: I now have to get a brand new card because of their second extra fraudulent attempt. LavishIvy: The gift that keeps on giving :|
I paid for express delivery over 2 weeks ago for an item and still haven't received any further communication. They have since taken another £30 from my bank account!!I have emailed them but yet to receive a response and have reported the transaction to my bank. AVOID!!
Should be zero stars. This company feels like a scam and the quality is horrible! They automatically sign you up for a subscription of $30 a month without telling you and it took 3 separate attempts to get my subscription cancelled. On top of that they refused to refund me. The quality is horrible. SHEIN has better quality. Do not shop here.
Scam!!!! Ordered in Feb 2025 and still nothing. I am glad I used a Prezzy card from the sounds of other reviews they steal using a 'subscription' . Frankly the positive reviews seem fake, they all mention the free shipping /time to ship and seem very similiar? The site is well done to appear very real so I didnt even think to look up reviews.
