This is a scam, they are not legitimate, I bought a dress for my graduation, it never came, I have been sending them emails and they keep saying they are working on it. I asked for a cancellation and refund bit never received it. It’s February, I did the purchase in December. DO NOT BUY IN LAVISH IVI.
I purchased a dress back in December to have for my birthday dinner in January and I kid you not, when this dress arrived I thought I was being pranked! The quality was horrible! It looked so cheap, definitely not a presentable dress for a dinner outing and nothing like the pictures online. Then on top of the horrible purchase, this store has been charging me a membership that I never signed up for nor selected. One star is too much for this place! Save your money and secure your wallets. It’s not worth the scam or the headache.
If I could give zero stars, I would!!!Bought a dress 2 times, and the first time I got it, it was fine but too big. So I bought it in a smaller size and that time I got it, it was 20 cm longer? Since then - they charged me 5!!!!! Times for the dress!!

Absolutely do NOT BUY from them. They will scam you and take your money. They will sell dresses for super cheap and then make you automatically opt in for $30 a month following that without any true disclosure. Their dresses are terrible quality. They make Shien look like Versace.

This company is a scam!!! I ordered a dress which was paid in full. They then started taking monthly payments out my account and I only realised this when the fraud team from my bank contacted me to ask if I was aware of these payments. DO NOT ORDER!!!!
