Would give negative stars if possible. Absolutely do not order from this company!! Was being charged $29.99 a month without realizing it after one order of less than $25.00. Extremely poor quality dress that is unwearable received after long shipping time. SCAM!!!!
They automatically sign you up for a monthly membership for $29.99 when you make a purchase. We bought some items for our daughter for Christmas. And now this monthly "club" charge comes out. Customer service is a little bit of a pain but was able to cancel. I do not recommend just because of these sneaky tactics.
(307) 403-0308 you will never reach anyone at this phone number This website is a scam to send you a cheap product then they secretly charge your credit card 30$ a month for a “membership” you never signed up for…and can’t cancel. You will need to report to your bank asap.
I have tried since January to cancel membership. It is insane that they continue to charge me after months. I did do everything I need on my end per their website and then I realized I’m being scammed. So I’ll dispute it with my bank cancel my card but this is wild how many people they do this to. My dress also took forever to get here and the quality was awful
Dress I ordered was gorgeous! Great fit, good quality and reasonably priced. The issue was the fact that they signed me up to a subscription with absolutely no notification at all. It was a real pain to get it refunded! Because of that hassle, I won't order again.
Total Scam. Once you check out on their website you are automatically signed up for their VIP thing, which charges you $29.99 per month, without your knowledge and they will not give a refund.Both dresses arrived super late, and did not look like the pictures, or fit well at all
Scammers! Don’t buy from them! They tried to charge me again after I made a purchase from them last month! It seems like they auto sign you up to a membership without informing you, as others here have said the same. Absolutely disgusting! I delivery took forever and the quality is absolutely rubbish coming from China.
