Full-blown scam. Avoid at all costs.I placed an order with Lavish Ivy back in January — a dress and a few accessories I planned to wear for Valentine's Day. The website promised delivery within a few weeks. Valentine's Day came and went… and still no package. I reached out to their so-called customer service, and all I got was a vague "it's shipped, but we can't give any tracking info" response. Sketchy.Weeks passed, and still nothing. I asked for a refund since I no longer needed the items. No response. No refund. Nothing.Then they had the audacity to try and charge my bank account again. Turns out, they auto-enroll you in some bogus “membership” when you make a purchase — something they conveniently don’t make clear. My bank flagged it as fraud, and I thought it was over. Nope. They've kept trying to pull money from my account for months. I’ve had to contact my bank FOUR separate times to block them.It's now April. I still have not received a single item I paid for, nor have I gotten my money back. This company is a complete scam and should not be trusted. Horrible customer service, shady business practices, and zero accountability.Save yourself the headache — do not buy from Lavish Ivy.
Order at your own risk. I placed my order on Jan 18th 2024. My order has not moved since then, still reflects that it’s “processing” and still waiting to be shipped. After reaching out VARIOUS times, I keep getting excuse after excuse. Blaming holidays orders, LA fires which I have no idea how that interferes with processing an order, shipping I get. I should’ve done my due diligence prior to placing an order. Now they are telling me they can promise that my order can be cancelled at this time. I will have to take it up with my bank.
Ordered a dress on the 28th December 2024. Still have received nothing from them. They then charged my card a second payment which related to nothing. After getting no response from them via email I contacted my back and got a refund on both charges. I did a little research and it turns out the pictures that they use are not their own and are from another company. Would avoid Lavish Ivy at all costs.
The fabric and the dresses look nothing like the pictures.They charge your card every month, be careful with your charges!Refused to refund me, I'm on bed rest. Instead of resting I had to go back and forth with the emails, taking pictures of the dresses. Still no refund. Can't describe how upset I am.
This company is bull! IT IS A SCAM. They kept charging my credit card for months after I initially ordered a dress saying I signed up for their "VIP" subscription (although I never did and there's no proof of this). Now after I had them finally cancel the future payments (it took about 3 or 4 months for me to see the charges on my credit card) it's months later and I see another charge! This is legitely criminal behavior. Do not order from them!
Absolute time waste. I bought a dress that has been trending everywhere. The dress was £21 and shipping said 7-10 days. It’s past that and my tracking has not updated. I reached out to the admin team and they responded to say that are looking in to it. I’ve received no information after that. Then I randomly saw a £24 charge from the company yesterday. The charge is pending so I’ve reported it. I contacted the admin team, no response yet but I feel as though I’ve been scammed. No dress and random charges! Avoid
