DO NOT TRUST! Products I ordered were ill-fitting, cheap material, and nothing like the photos. Turns out they've also been charging my card $30 a month behind my back, so I had to dispute that with the bank. This is totally a scam, please stay safe

HIDDEN CHARGES

This is by far the worst website/experience I’ve had with an online company. I purchased a dress worth €20 as on the website it looked nice. Once I received the dress is was nothing like the picture the material was awful and the dress was short. I emailed several times to return this and no response… a few months later I find out they have been charging me €30 for a membership each month (hidden in their T&C’s)!!! They tried to claim the dress was worth over £100... it was not. Be careful with this sneaky brand!! Do not order

Don't buy from this store

Don't buy from this store. Was not happy with the purchase and they told me they are going to send replacement. They said 8 Jan they will send me replacement. Several follow ups and now it is 11 Mar and still nothing. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

so bad, delayed my delivery by 3 weeks when it showed on the website that it would arrive in 5 days. quality of dresses is so bad, same as shein (much cheaper alternative). would give zero stars if i could.

I bought 5 dresses at the beginning of…

I bought 5 dresses at the beginning of the year and never received them. Told them I needed a refund and to cancel my order a day after my order. They didn’t reach back out until a MONTH later with automated messages. Luckily I was able to make a claim and dispute the charge, since I’m still waiting for my “refund.” They clearly had no intention on ever sending out my order or refunding me. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! IT’S A SCAMM!!!!

SCAM, when you buy something and agree to T&C you automatically sign up tor a monthly membership! Definitely NOT clear when I bought my dress and found out a month after when the charged my account with an unauthorised payment!Moreover, the dress is really poor quality, I’ve wore it once and left glitters everywhere that I still can’t take off things so definitely not worth the hustle.
