SCAM!!! Please read reviews!!!!!!

I have never dealt with a company as much as a scam as this one. I have contacted customer support numerous times, and none of the responses were helpful or even gave a hint that the inquiry was read in the first place. The first issue was the "membership fee" that automatically takes your money without any consent or given awareness that you are even signing up for anything. It was non-refundable, of course. After a month of waiting for the product and tracking saying it was delivered, I realized the product was lost during shipping. Customer service was again, unhelpful, and would not issue a refund or replacement because it is "not in their scope". After another two weeks of shipping carriers finding it, the clothing was not only damaged, but it looked completely different from the website. The quality was cheap and the design was completely different, making it look like a night gown. The only thing they said is that they can send a new dress but again, no refunds even with the damage. The customer service from Christine G. in particular with my dealings with this company was completely outrageous and I urge everyone reading to not even THINK about buying unless you want a HUGE headache. BEWARE!!!!

Scam site

Scam site. Any order you make automatically signs you up for their “membership” which charges your card every month. They gaslight you and say you’re told at the time you order but it wasn’t and there’s no perks to their membership. It’s just a scam to get your money. It’s been 4 months since I ordered a dress. Their customer service is hard to get responses from and as soon as I requested a refund 2 months after my initial order, I magically received an “order shipped” email, in which they said they can no longer refund me. Yet, 2 months later again, nothing has come.

DO NOT BUY FROM LAVISH IVY!

I purchased a dress on 1/10/25 for an event on 3/22/25. So what should have been plenty of time. I still have not recieved the dress and had to scrounge for another one for the event. The company also ended up charging me again for their VIP program that I did not sign up for (and I check everything I click on sites) which the bank frauded my card for. I then had to wait 2 weeks to get a new debit card. When I communicated with the company all I got was that they were making inquiries and weren't recieving anything back from their shipping company. All my shipping updates would say that my shipping information was recieved. It never even got "shipped". All of this was entirely insane and I ended up cancelling the order and getting a full refund.

This company is a complete scam with FAKE photos, reviews and review photos from other websites. The dresses and clothing you see on their website are all stolen designs. They steal the images and when it comes time to receive, the item looks and fits nothing like the piece you "thought" you were going to be receiving. How this company has not been shut down yet is beyond me. On top of this, they charge a member ship fee at the time of purchase which is no way, shape or form requires your consent of at the time of check out. Organized scammers that will take your money and run.

Scam! All the reviews saying that they were signed up for a subscription without their consent are right. I was charged twice for 29.99 for a membership fee that I did not consent to, and did not opt in for when I made my initial purchase. No answer on the customer service line and no response to my email. Avoid at all costs! I had to call my bank to block their charges.

Poor quality material

I received my items and the material is trash! No where does it compare to what you see online. Terrible quality clothing, I’m embarrassed to give it away to someone else, so I threw the clothes in the trash.Make sure to read the fine prints because once you place the order, you are automatically charged a membership fee $29.99. I called to confirm and they refused to give me back the full amount, but they were nice enough to give me back $14.99 for the VIP membership that was automatically charged on my account. The clothes were non refundable and not eligible for a return! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. ITS A SCAM- very poor material!

Company is a scam

Company is a scam. Ordered a dress from them off a tik tok add. Looked into the website, looked legit and had good reviews on the website. I should have checked reviews elsewhere. They are scamming you into a membership which was not promoted in the ad I bought the dress from. Received dress a month later and the quality was not like what was depicted on the website, but overall it was decent. I was fine until a 29.99 charge came out for a membership I had no idea of. I emailed them twice and no answer all day. Later I tried calling and could not get ahold of them on the phone, called twice and sat on hold for close to 40 minutes. It took me finally sending a mean email expressing how frustrated I was and demanding they cancelled and refunded me, and they finally answered in minutes to that. Seems a lot of people had the same problems and they know they are in the wrong and don’t wanna answer. They would not refund me but said they could cancel. Very disappointed.
