The shipping to the US was super fast, the quality of the material and the dresses that I purchased were so elegant and classy. Lavish Ivy made my returns very easy as the dresses were too small but I’m a very curvy woman. Instead of having the ship back my dress, they just sent me the correct size and let me keep the original. I will definitely order again and again!
My formal dress was exact as I dreamed it would be. Even though the original size was not exactly a perfect fit, the exchange process was seamless easy and I got the right dress delivered within 10 days. I was so pleased and excited to feel so incredibly glamorous. Can't rate Lavish lvy any higher.
I am sad because I ordered a dress and I was super excited since this was going to be my graduation outfit. I was a little skeptical of the price but figured maybe its similar to shein?? So I ordered a dress and received a fake confirmation and tracking number.About 3 weeks after ordering I reached out and they blamed the delay on LA fires?? Said they could refund me a percentage back but not the whole thing. It's been over a month now and still nothing about the package updates.As everyone has said before me, this website is a scan, please don't waste your time/money. I wish I would've read reviews prior to making the mistake :(

This website is a scam. I ordered dresses. The shipment tracking never updated at any point over the course of three months after placing my order. Then lavish Ivy tried to charge my credit card again without my consent or authorization. Do not use or shop at this website.
DO NOT purchase from this website! Firstly, it took 4 weeks to arrive and when it did, WHAT A JOKE! The items looked nothing like the photos you ordered. It is thin, cheap, threads coming undone, and ill fitting. The icing on the cake, is they charged my account $29.99 2-3 weeks after my purchase! I didn't authorize any payments. I called customer service and they said its for VIP membership. I read EVERY email they sent, including the fine print, and there was no mention of this "membership". Needless to say, the 3 items I ordered all in the TRASH, literally as soon as I removed it from the packaging. THIS IS 1000% A SCAM!
Complete Scam.!!! Bought a dress for $25.99. The dress that arrived was not even close to the dressed advertised on the site. About 2 weeks later I noticed a random $29.99 charge on my card. A month after that, another charge.!! At this point I'm super confused. I call and they let me know once you order from their site, your automatically enrolled in some type of membership. I told them to cancel immediately and refund all of my money or the next call they got would be my lawyer. Complete SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.!!!!!!
Just like every other review on here! This company is a scam! The quality is not what is shown on their website, complete false advertisement!! I too have been victim of their VIP membership that I have asked them to cancel but will not accept a refund! !!DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!!
