I placed an order in the beginning of January It's mid February and the order never came. I emailed them about it and they replied with crazy timelines on how the shipment is processed. Lately they stopped replying all together and when I asked for a refund they never acknowledged it.Also they charge you for monthly payments when you agree to the terms Luckily I used a card with barely any funds so they couldn't withdraw additional charges. Never buying anything from them ever again
Lavish Ivy is a horrible company. I ordered two dresses and they were “processing” for over 2 months. It took 2 weeks of correspondence to get a full refund, but it doesn’t end there. Apparently, any purchase you make with them signs you up for the VIP membership and you get charged $29.99 every month. Disgusting way to make money off of your customers by hiding that in the “terms and conditions” for all purchases. You cant even cancel it on your profile. You have to fill out a form to do it and that takes a week. NEVER shopping here.
Avoid at all costs!!I placed my order 01/01/25, I got a dispatched email 02/01/25. It is now 27/02/25 and I have not received my item. There has been no update on the tracking website since 02/01/25 and when I have tried emailing (multiple times) I am getting the same stupid response email saying allow 7-10 days. Absolutely devastated as the dress was meant to be for my elopement.
I ordered the Camille Maxi Dress for a weekend getaway, and it was EVERYTHING. Lightweight, flattering, and super easy to dress up or down. I even got it in another color because the price was just too good. My roommate already asked to borrow it, so I might have to hide it. 😂

PLEASE REPORT COMPANY TO BEREAU AND DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH PEOPLE WHO WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. THEY DO NOT HAVE GOOGLE REVIEWS PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO SPREAD AWARENESS ABOUT THIS COMPANY ACROSS ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS
Scam! Wish I had checked reviews here beforehand, but from social media ads the website didn’t seem like a scam. Items are awful quality and when I emailed for a refund (no way to do this on their site despite offering seamless returns), they offered another item of the same value or 20% refund. Like others they also fraudulently took £25 for a VIP membership which I didn’t consent to. I’ll be speaking to my bank tomorrow.
Normally I do not take the time to write a review, instead will just send in a good rating. Today I want to acknowledge Jenna's excellent customer service support, helping me take advantage of the last day of my VIP membership and cancelling it as soon as my order was placed.
These dresses are so beautiful, great quality and the details are amazing. The fitting is incredible, I’m very skinny but I have curbs, and I have a really hard time finding dresses that fit me well on my chest, waist and hips due to my measurements, and these dresses do. I have ordered a couple from here and I’ll continue ordering my dresses from here. I love them.
