Review Time
Total scam. I have ordered the items on January 1. On January 2nd item has been shipped, since then the tracking number has not moved. I have sent them multiple follow ups where they have been giving me stupid pointless responses moreover they offered me to refund 20% of the amount they did so, however, they overcharged me 30 EUR from the same card for some stupid premium subscription. I’ve been following up till today but so far I have not received any responses please kindly take a note of that, I don’t recommend to order from this website.
My order still hasn’t arrived and it’s been 3 months! They keep on giving me the same response - shipping issues and they are unable to give an indication when the order will be delivered. I asked for refund and their cancellation policy - I haven’t heard back…
Wish I checked Trustpilot before purchasing in January 2025. Similar to other reviews I purchased 3 dresses, which I've never recieved. The tracking info provided is a generic page with no updated shipping movements since the date of purchase. Was also charged for their VIP membership 3 months later. When I complained to customer service, they said I agreed when accepting the terms and conditions. Absolute scam behaviour. After a bit of back and forth, they said management was willing to refund 20% of the VIP membership and the other order I never recieved... please don't waste your time with this scam store.

Do not buy! I had loads of ads from social media so bought a couple of dresses, I didn't see anything from the website that screamed scam. They took a month to be delivered and the quality of the clothing is terrible. I had also noticed they charged me a subscription fee that I had not signed up for! I have emailed them to see if I can get it refunded and cancelled, if not I will start a dispute with my bank.
If I could give negative stars I would. This company is a SCAM. CHARGED ME $43 a month after I bought a dress that never showed up!! I called their customer support and cancelled and argued for 40 mins until she refunded me. Total scam that just takes your money. $119 I will never see again. “lavish Ivy” your company is illegal and your taking peoples money without permission. Horrible horrible. STAY AWAY
I just celebrated my birthday and did a bridgerton theme, let’s just say I found the perfect dress for the occasion from Lavish Ivy! I got so many compliments it snatched me so well absolutely in love with the style and material!!!
SCAM!!!!! I would give it zero if I could!! they have taken 3 payments from me, I have not received the dress, I have emailed multiple times with either no reply or they say "it takes time". They will not refund me anything.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I ordered it in December!!!
Buyer beware! All positive reviews are fake. Takes over a month to receive, only after 3 emails to them. The product is cheap, and in my case (Athena dress) completely see-through. They do not give refunds either unless full price, so save yourself the hassle and do not buy.
