If I could give this a minus score I would. Avoid at all costs. No returns label ability, requested one and they've not sent me one. They have sent me an email asking if I'd accept a refund of 20% then 30 then 40 then 50. Then agreed to pay 100% after a few emails. I totally expect zero refund and then they have taken a 'VIP membership' and now are not replying. I have asked for a total refund of £40. I dont understand how they've taken a further amount without my consent, through my bank 2 weeks later. Scammers. DO NOT USE.
This was the worst experience ever. My purchase never arrived, and they failed to reimburse me. The small refund they claimed to issue never even went through. On top of that, they charged me an extra $29 for a subscription hidden in the fine print of their privacy policy, something no one realistically reads. This is by far the worst online store I have ever dealt with.
Horrible experience!! The item took a month to recvd. Then they have a membership fee of 29 for what..I will def be reporting then to consumer affairs They Took monthly membership and refuse to credit account.Their customer service number doesn't work I only ordered 1 item not knowing about the membership.I send them an email and they just kept repeating themselves on how good vip offers are. I canceled membership on 12/26My card was charged on the 12/24 Worst company Ever
Cheap quality and fraud website. First of all the dress arrived almost after a month after continuous followup. When I saw my CC statement found multiple unauthorised VIP membership fee I wasn’t aware of. Customer service has denied any refunds. Beware of these hidden charges.
This company is a big scam, you have to pay additionally a vip membership without notice or being informed about it, you also have to wait for your order for more than 2 months - their email address is also ghosting you because nobody is gonna answer to your emails. Totally scam! Please don’t order from them!!!
