DO NOT USE THIS SITE! It is a scam. I ordered two dresses and some jewelry. I waited three months and the items never arrived. I contacted costumer support multiple times and each time and they assured me the items would arrive in "seven days" and I would be refunded 20 percent. The items never arrived nor was I refunded any money. They did however charge my account $30 a month without my consent. For absolutely no purchases. No items. No service. SCAM! DON'T give them your card information!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered from this company after seeing a beautiful dress on Instagram that they were advertising. I bought the dress and it literally took FOREVER to come (1 1/2 months to be exact) and the quality was NO WHERE near what they kept promoting on Instagram. Never the less, I kept it pushing until I woke up today to see a $29.99 charge to my card from this company. I contacted customer service and they said it was the VIP membership charge which I NEVER signed up for because I checked out as a GUEST. The customer service representative explained that when you check out, it automatically signs you up for VIP membership. I frustratedly asked her to cancel the membership that I did NOT consent to and she said I would never be charged again. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. It's really not worth it. If I could take it all back, I would.
What a scam! Please stay away from this company. The product took more than a month to arrive (with a tracking link that didn’t show accurate information). The quality was not what the website showed. And the biggest scam is the « VIP membership » of $29.99 they started charging like 2 months after you made the first order - hoping that you wouldn’t check. This was nowhere in the order summary. Their excuse was «you agreed to the Terms and Services and auto renewal fees ». I blocked my card and reported to the bank - they are conducting an investigation. Fingers crossed!
I ordered December 24th… 94 days later and I haven’t received my order. Tracking never updated from “processing” and now shows “no data”. I was also changed with the VIP membership which I never agreed to in my order.I’ve been in contact with them via email but they never give me any updates… here is the last message:“ Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention.We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this delay has caused. We completely understand how upsetting it is to be left waiting for an update on your order. Please know that we truly value your business and are doing everything we can to assist you.Unfortunately, there have been significant disruptions in shipping and tracking updates, leading to delays beyond our control. At this time, we have no way to expedite the process or force an update on the tracking.We understand this is far from ideal, but please rest assured that we are closely monitoringthe situation and will update you as soon as we receive any new information.Thank you again for your patience and understanding. Don’t buy from here! I’ve had to put in a claim with my bank due to them taking an extra £25 about a week after ordering a dress, I then got in contact with Lavish Ivy and they tried to say I agreed to a VIP membership, which I did not. They sent fake screenshots of the checkout button which said “vip checkout”, but I took screenshots of the checkout button when I bought the dress and it simply said “checkout”. I argued back and forth with them for a refund, they initially offered 25% refund, then 50% and finally a full refund when I told them a discounted refund wasn’t sufficient, but it took a lot of arguing and any reputable company wouldn’t haggle with their customers over a refund for a membership they didn’t agree to in the first place. When I noticed the £25 being taken from my bank, I froze my card and moved all my money to a different account and it seemed like they attempted to use my details again as I got a new charge for a non gbp, which clearly didn’t work out for them as my card was frozen and had no money in, but the non gbp of 70p was still deducted. I ordered my dress about a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived, they sent clearly fake tracking details, which haven’t updated for over a week now so I got in contact with my bank over that too and got a refund from my bank for the dress, I’m not bothering emailing them over a refund for the dress as it was a hassle getting a refund for the so called membership. Long story short, don’t buy from this company, they’re scammers and there’s probably a 50% chance that what you order will actually arrive and when it does it won’t be the discounted £100 dress they say it is, it’ll be a cheap sweatshop dress.
I ordered a nice dress once last year. I got a run through my online transactions today (July 7, 2025) and noticed there are monthly debit transactions in my card around £22-23! This is horrific! I did not enrolled to any subscription with Lavish Ivy and also I verified in my email that I never I did one. I would not recommend buying here unless you want your card details get compromised and get monthly unauthorised transactions you are not benefiting.
