Unfortunately I set up a subscription with this company. I only received 1 email in the 2 years I was with them which went to spam. After 23 payments and no service from them they would only refund £33 this is extremely poor customer service, they could have been more discretionary with their refund- no customer care. Do not subscribe to this company

This is not free service as the website states. When you’ve spent 30 mins filling in forms they ask for you to sign up to a subscription. Avoid.

Try the Government website for documents first!

I needed a tenancy document so panicked and went to the first company i found on line. I tired the free on line trial but nothing came up so i decided to go for the 12 months trial at £6 a month. They took the whole amount and i have been unable to upload the document which in the end i got free from the government site. I cancelled my subscription and got an email to confirm the cancellation. I just wish i had checked with Trust pilot! I am £84 down now.

Positive experience. No pressure cancelation

I signed up for the one week free trial and cancelled before the week expired. This was the easiest cancelation I've ever done...No pressure or forcing me to chat with an agent. They charged me nothing for the privilege and gave me the documents I requested. I would definitely use this site again and pay for a subscription if I need more legal advice!!

Great site,have used the free trial an received my documents and then cancelled before the 7 days were up,just remember to cancel,as loads of bad reviews here saying company has taken money out after the 7 days!!it states this when you sign up for free trial,that's on you not the company ;) great selection of legal documents! Highly recommend!!! Currently now use the site on a monthly subscription.

This company is a total scam - AVOID!!!!!

This company is a total scam - don't go near them. They have charged me £165 so far without my knowledge and when i spoke to them on chat they cut the chat instead of dealing with my query. Do not go anywhere near them - they need to be shut down. Reading the other reviews it would appear I'm not alone.

Very poor contract

My landlord used this company (would have thought he’d have properly used a solicitor) for a tenancy agreement. When both the CAB and a legal advisor looked at it they were appalled at the content (lack of) and shoddy way it was written.
