If I can give a negative star , I would have. I should have googled more about this website before I key in my card details. It's ABSOLUTELY A FRAUD. It wrote to me giving me a false sense of security after 7 days that nothing is charged, and I received charges on the 8th day! Their online chat does not work, and only the consult lawyer link worked - and someone did reply, and WANTED TO CHARGE ANOTHER FEE JUST TO HAVE MY QUERY SENT! THIS WEBSITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!
I would give 0 stars if I could.I wanted to have a will and testament for my children's future and this site came up free for a week i thought great. I should have looked at the reviews first. I had no issues creating the account or the will or subscribing I thought everything was great, I saw that they had a living will option too so clicked that to create and had every intention of keeping the subscription if the service was good and then all of a sudden I was blocked.I couldn't access the main site, or my documents through the email link, and I couldn't go through a history link. I tried incognito, a different browser, and cleaning cookies nothing worked their security blocked me. I tried to call the number left a voicemail tried again an hour later in a queue and finally waited an hour with no answer so panic set in that they would be taking money from me. I rang the bank and explained that they tried to put a block on the website from taking a payment on the 24th but they could not guarantee it would work with no previous payments coming out told me to see if it came out then if it did i could ring back do a chargeback and a block. I was really annoyed about the whole thing I wondered if it was ip address specifically so I tried downloading a VPN blocker which bounced your IP address about, they had me as in London I tried logging in and success!!!!! I went straight into the account and cancelled the subscription, deleted my bank info and deleted my account. I now have a screenshot of the cancellation, deletion and also the confirmation email of cancellation. so that lifted a huge weight off my mind now if they do try to take money next week and I need to do a chargeback I can prove that it has been taken fraudulently. BEWARE!!!!
Same as most others on here. Went for free 7 day trial then site was conveniently down so couldn't cancel but pop up message on their site said "don't worry no fees will be taken whilst site is down". Only they did take the money. Tried calling them to get a refund but some weird message saying my number has been reported as spam..absolute scammers - avoid at ALL cost
Went for a 7 day free trial to create a tenancy agreement. Day after I made one the website was down for coincidentally 7 days so I couldn't login to cancel the subscription.It said on the site, "don't worry, no credit card payments will be taken during this time"On the 7th day the site came back but when I logged in to cancel they had already taken the money.I've emailed them so time will tell if it's an honest company and they refund the money, if so I will change the review.
I subscribed in April for a download and cancelled immediately next day. I noticed today through my paypal that i have been wrongly charged for three months. Tried calling the company on number provided and got a voicemail saying number recorded was spam. Website down. Guess i have been mugged off. Others be aware this is obviously a scam
I’ve been scammed too! Noticed recently this company has been charging me for months. When i contacted them they said i should have cancelled the service within a week as i used it for a free tenancy agreement. I never signed up to them and have had zero service from them to cancel. What can they show they have provided for the £33 a month? I have contacted paypal and my bank! AVOID AVOID AVOID
