Verging on scam and incredibly awful customer service. I cancelled my subscription straightaway after I used it as I had fallen for the same trap and scammed out of many hundreds of pounds before. However, they kept taking my money for 7 months until recently I realized that they took a total of £230 plus. When I tried to contact them via a chat link contained in an email I got a warning saying that this website was malicious. The other option to contact them didn't even work! I phoned them to ask for a refund they refused and claimed that I had never cancelled and hang up on me. I visited their website once and never went back even again and I don't understand why they kept taking money off me!! Funny that they quietly took my money without even once send me an invoice like some other reputable companies. I will report them to the Fraud UK and the authorities. Disgusting behaviour, conning people like this! Avoid them like plague!!!
*How ironic that a site called Lawdepot is not more upfront honest. I thought I would try their service expecting a notification as to if I wished to extend their free trial. I cancelled on the 8th day and got charged for a month. I will call them and see if they will honour a refund. *I have added a note 16th Jan 25. In all due fairness to the company, I called them and they gave me a full refund on my trial fee and it was back in my account following day!
Scam site - 'free' is only 'free' if you select a 'free' trial and give payment details. For a ONE page bill of sale. Do yourself a favour and download from virtually any other rival site. Looks like this business model is getting a lot of 'glowing' reviews...
Utter scam. Made mistake of giving card details and told I could cancel within 7 days BUT I can’t as no way of doing this, no contact details, no phone details and fear I have lost my money. Also can’t print document so nothing to show for my money. Am contacting bank to see if they can stop payment.
