Signed up for free trial week - fraud

Signed up for free trial week, canceled the same day and still got charged. They don’t respond to emails and online chat said it was paypals fault!Eventually got my money back by raising a case with PayPal

Fraudulent Billing Activity

Much as EVERYBODY else has been indicating, this organisation is chaotic and will continue to take monies from your account (£33 - more than 4 times the monthly subscription rate) and will make recovery of monies very difficult. Just avoid.

They take your money even if you cancel during free trial!

Did free trial. Cancelled after 1 day and received message saying my subscription was cancelled and I wouldn’t be charged. 7 days later £33 taken from my bank account via PayPal! Emailed them. Their website promises a reply within 1 day. 3 days later, no reply. Steer well clear of this company.

A COMPLETE SCAM.

A COMPLETE SCAM.Used the site purely for the free trail (which was also misleading) and was charged £33 less than a week later despite cancelling the subscription immediately after downloading the document.

Fraud!

Signed up for free trial week, canceled the same day and still got charged. Now I contacted the support and claimed my money back, but reading the other reviews I am not really hopeful…Stay away from this company!

Wish I had read the reviews.Whilst the documents were helpful. when you sign up for the free trial and then cancel, they don't....and still take your money....NO REFUND!
