I purchased a Grillstream Legacy 4 Burner Hybrid last year and have been really happy with it. However, in recent strong winds, it has blown over (I think aided by the cover which acted like a sail!!) and broken the handle on the main lid in such a way that it couldnt be repaired. I couldnt find a replacement online so emailed Leisuregrow asking how I could buy one. James P in Customer Service responded immediately, offering to send one free of charge. This arrived within a few days and fitted without a problem so it now looks as good as new. Cant asked for better customer service than that!! Would definitely recommend based on the product and customer service

The product is excellent - stylish, comfortable and very practical. We had a slight problem - scratching the table top (our fault) - and the company responded immediately by sending a bottle of touch-up paint at no charge. Excellent and friendly service.
