The Capri outdoor seating set appears ok to begin with but sitting on the chairs for anything over a few minutes shows their poor design. The front edges of the seat pad are aggressively sharp and dig in to the back of the legs. This painful design flaw is not noticeable when you sit on the chairs in a showroom only for a brief period. LG don't make cushions or pads for this range so the expect further expenses to make this useable without it causing pain.

My Turin cushions were destroyed by mice over wintering in an outdoor storage box. We’ve had the bistro set for 3 years so I wasn’t expecting replacements to be available. However, James in Consumer Customer Service, managed to find 2 sets. Remarkable really considering the design changed 2 years ago. I can’t thank him enough. Truly exceptional customer service from him and Leisure Grow.

We had an issue with a Garden table which was resolved immediately by Davron and a replacement table was delivered 2 days later! Amazing Customer Service, very helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this Company for products and after sales.
