This company must have the best customer service - EVER ! We bought two fire pit tables from our local garden centre and when we collected them one of the lids was missing and they couldn't find it. We later contacted Leisuregrow direct to order one. Not only did they send us one within a few days - they didnt even charge us for that or postage ! Wow - now that is what amazing customer service looks like - thank you. Hghly recommend this company. We were told they were good but they exceeded our expectations.

I contacted LeisureGrow after receiving a damaged glass tabletop for the Havana Bistro Set. From the start, their customer service was fantastic. James Paton responded quickly, was extremely helpful, and even arranged to send me a replacement glass as a goodwill gesture—despite not being 100% certain it would be an exact match.Not only that, but he also arranged for the missing bolt pack for the chairs after the original supplier failed to help. Everything was handled professionally and with genuine care.It’s rare to get this level of service nowadays—responsive, friendly, and solution-focused. Thank you, James and the LeisureGrow team, for going above and beyond!Highly recommended.
The extendable table to the Rattan patio set that I purchased in 2021 began to break at the cross strands.Having contacted Trudie firstly and then James, I was pleasantly surprised by their patience, attitude and determination to help me resolve my problem. It was promptly confirmed that a goodwill gesture of replacement would be forwarded to me which in fact was received today. It is refreshing to not be fobbed off with warranty or excess usage or any other excuse some companies lay before customers. I can fully recommend this organisation as a company that you can trust. I am very impressed with their "Customer First" approach and wish them all well in the future.Dennis Clifton
