I had a lovely set of parasol lights 2 years ago and have always been careful to take the batteries out. The battery pack has rusted si I contacted Leisuregrow to a replacement but they don’t supply spare parts so the only option is to buy the unit again costing around £35. Very disappointing 🥺

We purchased a Patio Set and Chairs last year, unfortunately we noticed some of the colouring was coming away or faded on the edges of the chairs. A few message to the retailer and Leisuregrow the problem was rectified by 4 replacement chairs being sent within a few days. Brilliant customer service from a company that cares.
during buildup from the BBQGCB45K a bolt fell on the ground and disappeared due to the kind of bolt ( not metric) i had to call leisuregrow the same day i had an email from DPD that the shipment was on his waysorry i couldn't give you 10 starsArie Vis
