Had a problem with some frosted stainless steel bollard lights which stopped working.Phoned customer service and spoke to James Paton who was extremely helpful and very polite who arranged to replace them straight away Received the replacement on 10 June after speaking to James on 6th JuneJames is an asset to the company and promotes the company with his speedy response
