We bought the Noma starry nights spectrum 306 led tree on 28/12/23, it was delivered in Jan 2024 so was 1st used Christmas 2024 for approx 4 weeks. It was stored in the box in our loft. It's 2nd Christmas (2025) has lasted just 3 weeks & a section has stopped working. Checked connections etc but no luck. I emailed manufacturer & got a 'that's too bad, tough luck' response. Appalling customer service. 7 weeks of use is unacceptable. We would not recommend. If they can't be bothered to make a decent product they're not worthy of our hard earned cash. *** since posting this review I contacted the manufacturer again asking if they could at least help with a replacement of the faulty section. Trudie replied advising that wasn't possible, however..... she offered a set of lights in the same colours that we could add to the tree in thr faulty section free of charge. Trudie - I give you 5 stars- for great customer service, for listening & understanding & offering a resolution. For your colleagues who took the process driven, standard response..... I give you 1 star for replying but you do need to take a few pointers from Trudie. We're hopeful that the set of lights work out for Christmas 2026.I think , also, you need to look at why lights fail & accept that they're faulty & not assume all customers just chuck everything in a box. Some people do take care of them. If this tree had continued working it would have had 5 stars....**** since Trudie stepped in with a resolution I got the reply below which indicates a standard script post & that the person didn't actually read any of the information on my account.

The lights on our tree failed

The lights on our tree failed, a quick phone call to customer service and within 24hours we received a replacement transformer. Problem solved, our tree is once again lit up ready for Christmas. Excellent prompt service, thank you.

Excellent service. Christmas tree lights transformer started to fail (after several years service) just before Christmas. Spoke to customer service and the gentleman identified a suitable replacement and posted it first class the same day. It arrived on Christmas Eve and worked perfectly. And all free of charge. Shows what can happen when you speak to a human rather than a bot!

Brilliant customer serviceWe have several sets of Noma lights. When we tried one set on the 20th December that we had bought a few years ago, we realised the transformer was not working. A quick search (Amazon/ebay) showed that there was not a suitable transformer available. I tried the Noma website to see if I could purchase one there and it appeared that it was a non-standard set. So I contacted the support desk for guidance (I had already assumed that we could not resolve for 2025). I got a response within 24 hours, which was followed by an offer to send a replacement transformer, which arrived 24th December. I cannot fault the speed, politeness and just faultless customer service. It was a really nice way to start Christmas. Highly recommended...
