The first time I used my new pizza oven, due entirely to my own stupidity, I damaged it. Contacted Leisuregrow to source replacement part which they supplied free of charge, even though it was my fault. Exceptionally good customer service!The oven itself is top quality. Well designed and well built and it compliments my Leisuregrow BBQ.
Five stars without a doubt. We purchased a Pergola and unfortunately during one of the storms the brackets became loose and the weight of the blind broke the brackets. After exhausting all avenues we contacted Leisuregrow who not only offered a solution they stayed true to their word and supplied replacement parts. I would highly recommend this company and their customer service they are second to none.
We have a two burner gas BBQ which we purchased around 6 years ago from John Lewis and it got damaged in the last storms. We contacted Leisuregrow to ask about purchasing two replacement dials. The customer service team were excellent, very professional and super efficient. The parts arrived very quickly. We will definitely use them again in the future. Brilliant company to deal with which is hard to find these days! Many thanks for outstanding customer service.
I bought a BBQ and unfortunately the BBQ fell over in a storm and the handle bent and snapped. I e-mailed the leisuregrow and they responded within a couple hours and sent out a new handle that they had. They provided tracking number and outlined when it would arrive. They also wanted to know if the handle fitted ok and if there was anything else they could do to help. Fantastic, and I felt very personal customer service. Great company to deal with!
Recently had an issue having purchased Petface dog treats at the garden centre. I got in touch with Petface and they could not have been more helpful. Very impressed with their customer and will buy dog treats directly from them in future
had an issue with a wicker chair plastic foot missing got in touch with leisure grow ending up with a conversation with James Paton customer services and low and behold 24hrs later a set of replacements arrive by 1st class post what a great experience!!!
