Last Christmas I purchased a beautiful outdoor illuminating leaping stag that can alternate from gold to silver light. However this year I set the stag up in the front garden, but for some unknown reason there seem to be a problem, it just wouldn’t light up, so I contacted NOMA and spoke to an agent called Trudy and explained the situation also telling her that my 12 month guarantee had only just expired. She asked me if I’d checked the wiring and led bulbs etc, so I told her that’s exactly what I’d already done. However, even though my guarantee had only just expired I was sent a new transformer. I plugged the transformer in and now the stag works perfectly well. I’m so grateful for this kind act Trudy did for me. The stag looks beautiful, such an eye catching festive garden ornament, the neighbours passing by always make remarks about how lovely it looks. This is why I highly recommend NOMA to anyone who wants to purchase items from this company and Trudy is a credit to your team of staff. Thanks again NOMA , Kind regards,Eugene Nisbet.
I phoned yesterday about a replacement remote control for Christmas lights, I spoke to Trudie who told me then don't stock them anymore. She then said she would send me a wand that would do the same job, she sent it free of charge & I received it within 24 hours. (Plus some chocolates)Trudie was polite, friendly & knowledgeable. I bought some Noma xmas lights. The instructions were a joy - not some sequence of incomprehensible pictures - but written instructions: and in beautiful, clear English as spoken here. This gave me such pleasure I read every word. I then wrote to congratulate the Company, and within a few minutes had a charming acknowledgement. I emailed quite a few friends about this, and they were all impressed. (And the lights are just what I wanted.)

I bought some nostalgic Christmas lights, the kind my mother bought when we were children and I didn't put them up straight away so when I did and found one of the shades missing I didn't even remember which garden centre I'd got them from so I emailed the company. I was basically just wanting to be able to buy a shade so my lights are perfect and a little nod to Mum who is no longer with us. They far exceeded my expectations and within 5 days not one but five replacement shades arrived and they didn't ask for a penny!! On opening our Christmas Lights this year we found that the wand controller for our Noma Magic Candles was not working.I phoned Noma and after a quick email a replacement was sent out within a day and delivered the following one.Absolutely great customer service
