Excellent customer service support on a rare faulty purchase. I have purchased Noma products several times before without incurring any issues. Generally, very good!On this occasion, the base stand was uneven and the team promptly replaced it all in time for Christmas. Highly recommended. Thank you.
I bought some Noma Christmas lights from my local garden centre, but when I got home I discovered that the transformer unit was not working. I returned them to the garden centre and the manager replaced the transformer with one he had spare from a completely different set of lights. The lights now worked, but the settings were completely different from the ones I wanted. I was also unsure if it was safe to use. I contacted the customer service team at Leisuregrow to ask their advice. They responded promptly, reassuring me that the lights were safe to use. Leisuregrow also told me that they would send out a new transformer for my lights that would enable them to operate as they should.I was extremely happy with the service I had received from Leisuregrow. They showed excellent customer service, setting the bar for other companies to aspire to.
I was put through to a charming lady called Trudie who went out of her way to resolve all my issues and provided an immediate solution followed up by supreme Service in sending out a spare part thus resolving everything in just a little over 24 Hours!! She made everything so easy and stressless at this rather difficult busy time of the year!!
I bought a outdoor 1.2m star - which I was so excited to put up. Unfortunately, once assembled - it didn't work. James in Support dispatched a new transformer within moments - and whilst I was skeptical that it would resovle the problem. I'm delighted to say, that it's now working. Thanks to James for his responsiveness - these things happen, but it's how you manage the issue that matters most!
