I rang today and selected the Sales option to get advice about what products to choose for a small domestic building project. Dean was both helpful and knowledgeable and this gave me the confidence to order what I need from you.I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to access advice and I will certainly use Lighting Direct again because of this.
Product fine, although wouldn't have bought it if I had seen made in China. Packaging the worst I have ever seen. Polystyrene disintegrated in to a million balls as soon as tried to remove product from the cardboard box, took me 35 minutes to hoover everything up.
The Tiber LED Lamp is great, and the Terracotta colour is beautiful. It's darker than what I would call terracotta, almost burgundy and its very classy. Its small, but gives off good light. Very easy to put together and charge via a USB. It's made a dark corner with no electrical outlet very attractive. I'm so pleased, I'm considering ordering another for my nephew, who's moving into a new flat. Perfect house warming gift. Well worth the price.
