I rated wirh 3 stars, mainly, because my treatments have been scheduled 2.5 to 3 weeks apart. The brochure states that weekly treatments give the best reasons.The gal who gave me my first treatment never took my measurements. I've had another gal since then, and I feel she has done an excellent job. She immediately took my measurements when she learned that they hadn't been taken. The staff is friendly and the place is immaculately clean.
Critical: Not worth the money. I had 5 appointment left . Stopped at 5/10 treatment . The manager that sold me the lipo treatment insisted that I was going to lose 25% percent fat. The current manager told me that I was given the wrong treatment in her own words “ she stated that the lipo does not work and you see little to no difference.I was told I couldn’t get the money that I had already paid even though I was given the lipo not venus Legacy.They don’t care about their customers !update its been a week 5-10-2021 and I still haven't received callUpdate 6-1-2021 and I still haven’t received a call !Update 6-25-2021 and still no call
I paid for 8 sessions and never came back after my 3rd appt because I have viable burns all on my stomach… it is the worst ever and my wedding is in 60 days I had to find a new dress so that it would show my burns. Customer service at this place is horrible. I asked for my refund but every time I call and tell them my name they hang up on me . I just want my refund and you all will never hear from me again.
I recently purchased a laser hair removal from Groupon. First let me start by saying Im someone who tans at the salon year round due to seasonal depression. I have the same skin color year round. I was happy with my first two visits as I was noticing my hair getting minimally thinner. During my 3rd session I told the consultant that she could bump up the laser setting was told ‘no because I was too tan.’ Which made no sense to me, since I’ve had the same skin tone during my previous visits and during my last session the lady bumped up the setting to one that made an actual difference in my unwanted hair. I was a little disappointed but hoped it would still do what it needed to. She then proceeded to try to sell me an additional package for $400+. I was a little astonished that she would try to sell me something when I’m already paying for this service and have only seen minimal results after the first two visits.So, when today I went in for my appointment, I was asked by the consultant if I am noticing a difference. I explained how I was not very satisfied with my previous visit and have not noticed a difference since then. Again, the lady told me that the laser would not recognize my tanned skin and she would bump down the laser setting today if I were to get it done. She suggested I not tan the area I’m needing the laser hair removal done and come back in November. So I said I would call them and left without getting my treatment. I’m now sitting in my car after driving 35 minutes for an appt that I scheduled 4 weeks ago.To anyone considering going to this establishment, I’d advise against this place as they are a money hungry business that over promises and under delivers. They’ll try to sell you more than what you need just to get you to come back to spend more money.Update: I received a call from the manager explaining again that I was too tan for treatment and the lasers could have destroyed pigment to the area I was receiving- however still disregarded the fact they had used levels in which I was seeing results and said they would not do that level again for me. I let them know I would not be back to their establishment and they asked me to take down my review. I let them know I would not and would not recommend anyone to use this establishment.
The services fell far from expectations, a full series of venus and bliss, almost $3500 and no result. I did follow through with the water, the exercise, the tummy support....I did it all, not a single inch lost over the 9 weeks. 2 times i made the hour drive and they didn't have me scheduled although was told that was my appt time, so wasted gas and time. at the halfway eval, i measured that morning before going which was the same starting inch measurement, but their tape showed 2 less inches...hhhmmmThe staff was friendly and courteous, but the service itself is a joke and waste of money!
