Review Time
Just to start off the one is based on the results not on the staff with that said I give it one star because it's the lowest I can put one star because it's the lowest I can put the amount of money they charge for absolutely no results at all I have follow all their instructions to the point drink alot of water eat moderate and exercise I have done it all and in fact I gain weight since I started the treatments I feel bloted and they keep telling me that I will see results after my 8th session i honestly have had more than that and I have not seen the slightest results I wish they would charge the customers after the treatments atleast I would not feel like I got scamm I honestly don't recommend lightrx yo anybody staff is good but not the slightest results I would like my money back or atleast a percentage I have one last session and I will go since I pay for it already but honestly is the biggest waste off time ever
Every month when i arrive early and promt to my appointment they are running behind. This last visit i waited one and half hours because they were short on staff and had fired the staff that was to wait on me. So without communication or explaining what had happened they left me waiting and being disrespectful of my time after i drove a hour and half to get there from North Carolina. I felt my services was not up to par from the time i walked in the door until i left. The ladies are nice but just not accommodating. Please communicate and be respectful of me, my time and my money for the services i paid for. Id hope to feel amazing coming out of there, not frustrated on all levels. I'm also been calling and no response on phones to talk to anyone even in an emergency when i had a death in family and had to cancel. I've left messages several times and i hate this system you are operating on, not personable at all! Or very good business!! I give you these tips and share this with you because you reached out to me for advice. I hope you will make changes soon, because word of mouth spreads quickly and running a business the way they are isnt good for a future. Thanks
Lately I’ve noticed a shortage of stuff in the wait time and mercy for clients has been none lately. The face machine has been broken for a while so I have been able to receive them. I received a bruise on my face getting it fill from the lack of workers have to be rushed. But other then that I’ve been treated well.
I rated wirh 3 stars, mainly, because my treatments have been scheduled 2.5 to 3 weeks apart. The brochure states that weekly treatments give the best reasons.The gal who gave me my first treatment never took my measurements. I've had another gal since then, and I feel she has done an excellent job. She immediately took my measurements when she learned that they hadn't been taken. The staff is friendly and the place is immaculately clean.
