The day I got Kybella I was lying on the table and the nurse Janet came in. She was standing over me sharing pictures of herself after doing Kybella 4 times. That should have told me something but I had an event and wanted to look nice so, I asked if the swelling would be better after 3 days. She assured me it would so, I had the procedure. Well, after 3 days my neck was still swollen. It remained swollen after several months. My Dr said “don’t do that anymore” because I was still very tender. I saw the nurse, Janet, ( I should say, if I saw how her neck looked while standing, I never would have done the Kybella) who said there is nothing she can do. I would need to wait it out and do some skin tightening. Which I did and it made my chin sore. The aesthetician asked Gale (the boss) can we do a soft wave on me. She said I should see the nurse again (why? She was useless) I told Gale I did that, but Gale wanted to make sure. It’s been 4 months and my jawline is not getting better. I went in to see the nurse this past Thursday and with a flat affect she basically accused me of lying about still being tender. She rubbed on my neck for a few then I backed away. She said “You seemed ok while I was rubbing it.” I said I let you touch it so you can feel the bump underneath why would you just keep rubbing it? I told you it was tender. She looked at Gale and said she can do soft wave, but Gale said “you think she should keep doing (the name of the skin tightening method, I can’t remember the name)? I heard what the nurse said but Gale turned it around. Why doesn’t she want me to get the method that will help me? Regardless, I will never use them again! I’m paying over $6000 to be treated like this? Please think twice before getting treatment here. I don’t know if they value their customers but they don’t value me.
The staff was wonderful and super friendly. I have no issues with anyone who works there. However I did NOT get the results that I wanted and disappointed in the experience. With the amount of money that I spent-I felt like it was a waste of money. I exercise everyday (I take a active rest day on the weekends) and drink close to a gallon of water. I do ALL things for fitness and health. The area that I got treated was my mommy pouch. I gave birth to 3 kids and I have a stubborn area of fat on my belly. I thought this procedure would help. It did not. I share this to deter other moms from wasting their money on the fat reduction machine. The best thing you can do for fat reduction is diet. Moving your body will help but focus on diet above all! I spoke with my doctor about this -frustrated with my results and she prescribed me some medicine to help with loosing weight. I got blood work done just to make sure I was healthy, hormones all of it and everything checked out. So thats were I am at in my journey. I have been to nutritionists and that helped but it boils down to diet. Hope others can learn from my experience and save money. If you wanting quicker results surgical removal would give you better results you are looking for like liposuction.
1st and 2nd degree burns. No one want to issue a refund. Been over 3months since i’ve gotten burned, and over 2months that i’ve been pressing the issue! They called back with not even half of a refund amount, and asked me to use the monies toward other treatments since the clinic is under new management. The “new management” is the technician who burned me. I do understand mistakes happen, and tried to go into this entire ordeal with a positive mindset, but no one cares and the representatives hang up in your face, never letting you talk to managers… as managers are always “BUSY!” i wish i would’ve never ever spent my money here. Never again! Taking it to court.
I was severely injured at LightRX. I suffered 2nd degree wounds as a direct result. My bills remain unreimbursed for medical attention. I’ve been to several specialists including a wound clinic. Initially, had great hopes for good results from their process, yet I am SO disappointed. This company, even my doctors warned me to avoid going forward. Furthermore, after a year and a half of dealing with them through my ongoing healing process… they’ve exhibited little integrity.
I am really upset with my treatment there. Lasix is not my first time rodeo. I have already got it done at other place, and result was seen with only few treatments. But, with light rx, Nothing has changed compare to before treatment, I still have same growth, same thickness. They are not even accommodating with work schedules. Every time I call to reschedule and will end up leaving voice mail, they'll text me an appointment a month later and that will make me 2months behind schedule. I am not hard to please person, but sad to say that they don't have professionalism.
You pay all this $$ for a service that you suppose to see some different but none…..always have to wait 20 minutes or more on your appointment day….for the service and result I should’ve just had surgery somewhere…..then they have the audacity to try to sell you another package……Really….
