Ordered from them at a discounted price. I ordered it beginning of Oct 2025. Says it was due for delivery, the returned to sender apparently as there was a problem with the delivery address … don’t know what! Offered to be dispatched but would cost another £19.99 or refund. I said am not paying another delivery fee as it was baffling why it couldn’t be delivered in the first place.Many messages backwards and forwards to confirm address, bank, date purchased etc then it went silent. At least 4 requests now to refund my moneyI have no product. I just want my money back please. It’s nearly 2 months now. Totally unacceptable.
Absolute rubbish, don’t waste your money. Told 3-5 delivery! Finely arrived nearly 5 weeks late! Wish I hadn’t bothered opening it. Tried it this morning. My own hairdryer is more powerful and the attachments are useless. Very expensive rubbish. Really annoyed with myself. Don’t be caught out with the 5 star reviews, it really is rubbish
I’m getting this for Christmas & it came in good time. I thought it was sent from uk, but shipping update stated it cleared customs, so it took a little more than I thought. Anyway I tried it out and I am happy with it, I feel the curling function may require a little practice to get it right. For the money I’m happy so far.
I have bought 2 of these now. One for me and one for my daughter and they are fantastic! I have stopped using my straighteners as it is quicker to curl my hair and not only does it look better, but my hair is in better condition than it had been in years. Even my hair dresser commented on the condition of my hair. Absolutely love it! So easy to use and the curls last all day x
