Stopped working after 2 months

Stopped working after 2 months! Contacted lily styler customer services over several weeks with no response. Eventually responded saying they would not replace or refund due to hygiene policy. Absolute joke it item is faulty!!PLEASE DONT WAATW YOUR MONEY

I wasn't sure at first

I wasn't sure at first, couldn't work out how to use the curling attachment but worked it out in the end. Hair looks amazing and feels very soft. Delivery took about 8 days. Had lots of compliments today on how nice my hair looked. It's dropped a bit as day worn on but haven't used any styling products on it

Disgusting customer service

If I could give a zero rating i would. Item arrived in a reasonable time but I wanted to return it as my granddaughter changed her mind on which curler she wanted for Xmas. I was told I would only receive 10% back and asked me why I wanted to return it. Buying online is classed as distance selling and I know that under the consumer contracts regulations 2013 there is a 14 day cooling off period (from the date you receive the item) to return it, you are not required to give a reason and the seller has no right to ask for a reason. After arguing the toss with them via email they agreed that I could return the item. The return address was given as an address in China even though their adverts say β€œLilystyler London”, they then said that once they receive it back and inspect it they would update me with an appropriate refund option, hmmmm. They know full well that by making it this difficult people will more than likely not bother.

It's worth the money, curls ur hair in seconds, takes ages to cool down although communication is bad. I opted for free VIP which meant free delivery but I still had to pay Β£6 delivery and then I got an email saying the VIP experience is Β£3.99 a month and will be taken out of my bank next month. I cancelled straight away and emailed to see about getting my Β£6 back and I still haven't got a reply i emailed twice. So becareful. I thought it was a scam until it turned up. They emailed and offered me 20% back to leave a review. Il be on if I don't get it

All good

All good, but takes a while to arrive so bear that in mind. I’ve not really used it very much yet. It’s quite plasticky, but I expected that for the price.

Terrible waste of money

Terrible waste of money. I wish I had read these reviews before buying. Could not cancel. Arrived 10 days late. No customer service replies to my multiple messages.no confidence this is a safe brand.

Product inferior but Β£40 πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈhowever he aware curler is jot a tong but blows like hairdryer attachment & is meant to wrap up hair but I found impossible to do on chin length bob, when req return label & refund , told to post to China at my expense for refund to even be considered - avoid !!

Great product for the price

As others mention it takes a while to arrive, after ordering expect to wait at least 10days. Have only tried the drying and curling attachments so far. Drying one worked well and dried hair really fast (I have fine hair). The curling ones seem to work well, took a bit of getting used to, but I am a bit if a hair device novice - be careful changing right / left attachments as they get very hot!!All in all I would say probably worth the price I got it for.
