Took 3 weeks for delivery so it doesn't take 5 working days as states. 1 star deducted. Product one word brilliant. My hair has never had so much bounce. Love love love. Therefore 5 stars

I didn’t authorise the payment

I didn’t authorise the payment. Within 20 minutes of the order, I asked them to cancel it and if you a refund. No communication and they are processing the order even though I’ve asked for cancellation.Order if you want, but don’t be surprised when you don’t get customer service.

It’s easy to use after a bit of practice

Well. I’ve only used it a couple of times. Getting used to it. Brushed my hair dry and then used round brush. Only had to use one hand really so easier than hairdryer and brush. My hair too short for curling but does add a bit if texture so am pleased. Got my daughter to try with her long hair. Just did one curl but impressed. Would be good to include a heat resistant glove or cloth to change stylers as they are very hot.
